As a very curly girlie, I recommend trying a diffuser (ideally on low heat) to dry your hair. I end up with much tighter curls 🫶

THIS! 👏🏼 a diffuser changed my hair game! I still use product because the frizz is lion mane worthy lol but the diffuser really helped my curls!

yes! i have one however I am wondering if I am either doing it wrong so I get really tired lol and then i want to stop doing it, so I need to try to do it again!

I don’t like working out most of the times, but it does really help with my mental health! I have lifelong anxiety and depression and exercise has helped so much with mood regulation. Something I tell myself to get myself to start a workout is , okay you only have to do five minutes. By the time I’m five minutes in I almost never wanna stop.

I have been really enjoying walking on the tredmill for 35/40 mins a day at the gym, something just to be able to move my body a little more

Loved this monthly reset!! I find that having a short list of attainable goals (Less than 10 for me) helps me hit them so much more. I'm pumped for the return of the podcast, seriously the best!!

I try to remember that goals are a desired result of your ambition. Sometimes we cannot control the result and only our actions and attitude. If the goal seems too insurmountable, I find any step in the right direction is helpful, even if you can't get it all done. Setting goals is satisfying because you are imagining what your "best" self would do. However life gets in the way a lot, so don't be hard on yourself if you miss a day or two. It's better to give yourself that grace and say, you know what I can pick it back up tomorrow or next week. I'm not a failure for needing some kind of rest. We tend to guilt trip ourselves when we don't follow through, and it destroys all motivation. Which I find is much more detrimental to your goals than just allowing yourself to be flexible.

YES RIGHT!! I knew I wanted to make healthier choices, however I never wanted to do something really intense for the wedding, I wanted to look like what I look like everyday!

we are 100% gal pals, and those are almost 6 years old from home goods! when Cory and I moved into our first apartment, my mother in law bought them for us!

I am so glad that I can help ease your anxiety, remember it gets better 💛 and it's going well, I've added it back into my life, however in really low, small doses. So, for example, I can drink a soda at dinner but I only drink 1/2, and give the rest to cory!

@@BriannaTata You're a literal gem 💛. Thank you for sharing your caffeine journey! I drink one source of caffeine a day, rather it be iced coffee or any energy drink. I recently gave up soda and let me tell you Diet Coke is now appearing in my dreams 🤣
