the best thing I ever did for my hair was do heatless curls!! I have hair super similar to you and I spray it with water and salt spray to 80% wetness and once with hairs dry I spray it and let it sit. No heat and all the curls and stay with thinner hair!

I find routines to change because the truth is that our lives are always moving . My main goals in routines are getting the main things done: skincare, eating and decompress/prep for the day
