This kind of fat on bread is the best with sour pickles, pickle is the game changer in this dish, and very nice when you eat it after vodka, it's also makes kind of shield in your stomach, when you drink alot of vodka.

Dwarf in Lviv was donated by the city of Wrocław. After 1945, most of the inhabitants of Lviv moved to Wrocław. It was a time when Poles were resettled from the territory of former Poland. Time when Lviv became part of the former USSR. The Orange Alternative ridiculed communism. Wasn't it a comic arrest by the political police just because you looked like a leprechaun? Of course, there was a flip side to such an arrest, that is, the consequences. These people were often beaten and tortured. Therefore, these figurines are a tribute to them by the next generations. Silesian dumplings are a popular addition instead potatoes. The iconic dish in Silesia consists of: beef roulade, Silesian dumplings, gravy and hot red cabbage.

Hi, your videos are a real treat, so I decided to ask - are you guys going to visit the eastern Poland too? A believe you could enjoy seeing it very much, especially Lublin region, with it's landscapes, and unique architectural style, called Lublin Renaissance. You asked for recommendations, so I recommend Lublin itself (did you know that you can see - just for example - the Byzantine style frescoes in Poland?), and Kazimierz Dolny, the officially most beautiful little town in Poland (it may be little, but if you imagine that you can see everything, what is worth of seeing, in less than three-four days, you are very wrong...). Also local foods are really good - oh, just come and see for yourself... And have much fun during all your journey :)

I absolutely adore Lublin, its location on the hills (most cities in PL are rather flat), brilliant twist on renaissance architecture and eastern influences are enchanting. The only problem are the connections: while you can get there from Warsaw with a train no problem in 2 hours (I believe it's finally this after a long reconstruction), but from Kraków, it usually takes some 5 hours, which is so bad, it should be 3 at the most, given the distance and importance of the place.
That thing with the beer is that you could drink 5 beers or more underground and you are not feeling drunk but whenever you come outside you definetly will feel it. i think that is what they meant for.

Can’t wait til your next video! Happy travels guys! Enjoy! Cheers from Australia!! Marg
Polish cities are between the most amazing in Europe, they are (still) not as much known as other ones in Spain or Italy (due to its History, and belonging to ex-sovietic bloc, which still untill today remain in many spirits), and it's now changing !

Good brown bread with well made fat with onion and other spices is excellent during winter time to the beer as starter. Of course well home made pickled cucumbers are the must!
I knew you would like Wrocław. In summer it is even nicer. When it comes to meals, in Poland hats are removed while eating. Younger people do not have a problem with it, while older people may look at it badly.

@@kasoro5261 What does hospitality have to do with it? I watch the channel because I think it's great to watch. Which doesn't mean I can't comment. I am not writing this to insult someone, just to save someone from unpleasant situations. I clearly wrote that young people do not mind. The situation is similar with shoes in the apartment. If the owner does not say anything, we always take off our shoes when entering someone's apartment. Is it inappropriate? In my opinion, it is very useful, and it is worth knowing the customs of others.
Este lugar parece realmente encantador, espero poder ir cuando todo esto pase. Ver y compartir lugares como estos es por lo que me gusta viajar y hacer videos! Sigue adelante! Suscrito!!

I like the way your video captures the atmosphere of the place (my hometown!), good job! Have you heard the two legends (there are actually many more!) related to the area around the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Wrocław? The story of the "dumpling gate" (Polish: legenda o kluskowej bramie) and about the head of stone in the cathedral walls (Polish: legenda o kamiennej głowie)? Try to read about them. 🙂

I recommend Opole and the surrounding area as well. Bielsko-Biała and the surrounding area, Żywiec, Pszczyna, Goczałkowice-Zdrój, there is Łukasz Piszczek's BVB academy there. Cieszyn is also great. Opole is also Silesia, only we call it white, because marl is mined there and there are cement plants. Katowice and its surroundings are black Silesia, because there are coal mines there. In fact, Opole and Racibórz were the first capitals of Silesia and the Piast dynasty. kzread.info/dash/bejne/oKWmrNBvadXff7g.html Video about Opole kzread.info/dash/bejne/iK15rcN7eta_mLA.html Bielsko-Biała spot
