Phoenix (like all of the west) is tricky. Everything looks nice but you quickly find out that looks can be deceiving. On top of that, most of the people that live here are transplants. So they’re bringing their underground out here too. Plus Phoenix is a huge market for the cartels and they run a lot of things out here. For the most part though, if stay out the way, you’ll be out the way.
