I've watched a bunch of you're vids over the last few months so I decided to do the right thing and add myself to your subscriber list. As others have mentioned, the new microphone is working out just fine. You trying to reduce the overuse of the word 'folks' is a bonus... lolz Seriously though; thanks for taking the time to upload

What sized batches do you do to fill the Unitank? I expect the sight glass takes up volume you have to account for? Thanks again for the video!

I send over about 11.75 gallons to the fermenter. That gives me enough to do a trub dump half way through the fermentation and leave some in the sight glass. I end up with 10 gallon of good clear beer every time! 🍻
