I tried it many times. It did help. You will feel better after the treatment. Olympic swimmers use cupping treatment too.

I had this done not long ago for me it wasn't too bad, it did help but you're left with the reddish purple cup marks, they were there for almost a week. 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 Hope they help, your muscles must be really tight that's why it hurts so much. You will be ok. ☀️♥️

Some of the craziest pain I have ever felt was breaking up fascia along the outside of my thigh. I was literally white-knuckled, and contorting my face for about 20 minutes. It's absolutely terrible.

Looks painful and not very effective. Maybe get some Aloe Vera plants Champ... it a wonderful plant with many benefits for health and beauty. And not painful :)

Btw champ, cupping isn’t really that good for anything except for extra pain. Might want to consider different (scientifically provable) methods.
