It's a healthy recipee . It indeed contains a lot of calories but if u r in a calorie deficit even with drinking this then there is no problem . Dry fruits contains a lots of calories u can use only 1-2 for garnishing and instead use fruits like mango or papaya for smoothie and as for milk u can use skimmed milk which contains lesser calories . And it will keep u filled for a long time so u can have it for breakfast it will contain about 400-500 cal and u can balance it with ur rest of the meals easily. Just be aware of what u add in it and what calories are being added

I think oats & dry fruits should be soaked in water so that extra water can be thrown which is not good for health

Can u used ground flaxseed if you don't have chia seed
If you add milk and banana it will result in weight gain and mostly will not be helpful in case of weight loss.

Depending on the type of milk u use my dear like Almond milk it’s plant base in fact any plant base milk can be used in this diet and cut at least half of banana as well ok .

Dont add nuts if it is meant for weight loss, its very high in calories, instead milk and banana is more than enough to add on oats + add 1 or 2 boiled egg for protein , beleive me i lost 10 kg in 3 months, now im intent to gain weight again

Acho que deve ficar uma delícia este smoothie. Vou fazer. Tomar de vez em quando não vai engordar, ou então, acrescentar proteína em pó, way protein ou proteína em pó de clara de ovos. A proteína não deixa dar picos de insulina, portanto não engorda, ao contrário, emagrece e vai ter tudo de bom, fibras, gorduras boas, proteína, alimento completo.Eu colocaria menos aveia, 1 ou 2 tâmaras somente umas 5 ou 6 amendoas, meia banana. Quem usar o way protein pode retirar o leite e usar água e retirar tb as tâmaras pq o way já é adoçado. 0brigada pela receita, vou testar sua receita na integra para ver a textura e o sabor, depois vou fazer com proteínas. ❤

This drink helps to keep you full longer time and also have lot of nutrition and doesn't make you hungry and helps in weight loss.. This drink alone doesn't make you lose weight.. Other food what you eat during the day should be taken care of..
