In 2015 I started a Weightloss Journey at 528 Pounds! I ended up losing 287 Pounds getting down to the 240s with around 30 pounds of loose skin, then tragedy Struck and I watched my mom pass away! I let that Tragic life event CRUSH ME ! I ended up Gaining all of the weight back and then some over the last 5 years, Blowing up to 575 Pounds Five Months ago!! Five Months ago I went thru some self-healing and Picked myself up and learned to deal with Stress a better way, today I am 502, so I have lost 73💥 Pounds in the last 5 Months, Nutrition is Locked in and I am doing some Intense Weight Training 5 days a week and a full cardio session twice a week. Other than that I do 10-15 Min of Cardio Warmup before all of my weight training!! This time next year I'm going to be a Beast again! 👌

I increased my protein and vegetable intake. Stopped the bread, crackers, and bread sweets. I weigh myself daily to keep me on track. People please share this channel. It’s great advice for people over 40.

❤❤ 💪💪Right on Coach Gary. We had a discussion at the dinner table last night about this topic. My wife and two teenage boys. I told them the exact same thing about how we’re all going to do it as a family and take your teachings and implement them into our daily routine. That way we keep each other in check and accountable for what goes into our mouths. Food is life and I chose a long life with my wonderful family. Grateful as always Coach. Your content is so informative thank you so much. Your friend Randy

Good information Gary. Much appreciated. I have a question for you, I’m 68 years old and in good health and I’m really trying to get super fit. I have been an athlete often on my whole life. I’ve been faithfully working out for the last 12 months. I’m working out at the gym three days a week, tracking all of my weights and exercises and continually moving up on weights. I have lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle and I still have 25 pounds to go to be at my ideal weight. Is there any supplements that I should should be taking? My medical doctor says no, but I don’t necessarily agree with everything he tells me.

I love this channel. Do you know of a similar channel for women? Something I can point my wife to? We're both looking to focus on our health but we know we have to have some what different approaches.

Intermittent Fasting does not only have to entail skipping breakfast. I've lost nearly 200 lbs incorporating Intermittent Fasting primarily skipping DINNER. Which actually makes Fasting easier since approx half of your fast happens while you are sleeping, so you don't really notice any hunger pangs.

I think you would be much more relatable to your target audience if you would STOP coloring your hair, and just leave it Grey.

You sound really insecure. No one can make you feel old except yourself.

@1PhotoGeek On the contrary, I am very secure. On the other hand, I think someone who makes it blatantly obvious that they color their Grey hair - especially when a lot of their main target audience is men who most likely have some, or even a lot of Grey hair, seems very insecure. Embrace your NATURAL look. JMHO
