Very informative video. My machine is not arriving at a final result which is indicated by blinking some numbers at the end. It just keeps on changing numbers indefinitely. I suspect one of the load cells is causing the problem. After watching this teardown video, I will try the following and update here in a few days - 1) check orientation and snugness of load cell caps 2) if this doesn't fix it then open it up and check all the connections 3) take it to the repair shop if 1, 2 don't work 4) burnnnnn this Chinese c₹ap without the glass and use the glass as a decoration piece or make a clock out of it

Nope, not really, it depends upon the company/brand how they have manufactured it. Most of the the glass top machine under 1k may have the same type of assembly.

Can Zoric spray help in cleaning the load cells? In my case, it shows LO meaning low battery but after 4-5 attempts it starts showing the accurate weight. Can I try the Zorric spray?

you can try it. BTW time to time the load cell metal degrades which cause this type of issue.

Thanks for the video. My display isn't working, some of the segments have died. I opened it up but there are no specifications on it. I'm not able to find the replacement part. Do you know what this display is called or a link where it is sold?

these display are build according to the main board, however you could try visiting the local technician, incase he will have other malfunctioning weighting machine, he might try matching the display and could fix the same in it. or you could visit any open electronics spare parts market, you may get the similar display in cheap price.

When I m replacing cells it shows 000 , but after a few seconds it goes away and when I stand on it won't show anything. Plz tell how to repair

Check battery contact point, those metallic plates point of contact gets corroded sometimes. This mostly happens in humid climate. you can use knife or any sharp object to scratch battery point of contacts.

might be possible the wires connected from main board to the display would be broken or the soldering could be broken you could use multimeter to check it

Hmm looks like the stress sensor in the load cell is malfunctioning. better to go to some local experienced technician and ask if they could repaire it.

Answer the below question: 1. Was it working properly when you have purchased it? 2. Do you have the user manual for the machine? Do the below checks: 1. try replacing the battery with the new one. 2. check if the battery contact points are corroded (check the plates in machine and battery both)

That backside one plastic clip is broken, how should I fix it???

2 Weeks ago same happened with mine weighing machine You could use tape to fix it...you have to apply the tape loosely and check if it is working properly Further you could fix it super glue only at the end of the tape.

My scale some times show 2.00 kg. When initial without material But no tare in this machine how to solve pls. Inform

it will show garbage value if you will use after long time. I hope it might be getting auto calibrated after stepping and releasing it for first time.

first of all you should try reconnecting the brand new cell. check if the cell chamber metallic contact plates got corroded, if you have a multimeter, it would be much convenient to do the checks. if the plates looks corroded then rub the contact portion with sand paper slightly, you could also use some sharp tool to scratch the surface however sandpaper is the best option.

Mine too had same problem. Put just a bit of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) on both sides of the spring/terminals. Not too much as its Indian summer, Vaseline may become thin liquid & flow inside. Use very little amount with a brush or forcep.

sensor might got disconnected with the main board or may be some loose connection, you need to rectify the errors possibilities using different methods with the help of multimeter.

you may get in in the local repairing shop only if they have any similar malfunctioning product without damaged glass. you could try to purchase 6mm thick fiberglass/glass from glass store of same size - this could also work.

App kisi aache repairing shop me repaire karwa lo, mere pas bejne me jitna kharch karoge utne me aapka induction stove repaire ho jyega.

Hey I have the same weighing scale and it's working too but everytime I check my weight it shows different results. Like it will show 45 then next second when I reset it and check it shows 60, please help me with it.

@@rheasharma303 Probably get a new one! ;) Actually I am sorry, I cannot say anything, I was researching something abt load cells and ended on this video. I am working on a product development project that has weighing system in it (for some other purpose). I was encountering varying readings (quite similar to something what you mentioned), the investigation revealed mal functioning of load cells. The movement of machine on the surface deteriorated the positioning of cells, eventually giving false reading. In my case, I will talk to the supplier and improve the quality of the cells that we are using in our system. In your case, as a consumer you can claim warranty (if it exists) , or try some troubleshooting..

Probably, the placement of the load cell is not proper. Please do a check on following points: 1. check if display is fluctuating. 2. check the battery level (it will be shown on the top corner of the display) FYI : when machine is at ideal state and you are about to use the machine, please activate the machine by pressing it using you toe, applying a nominal pressure - the display will turn on and once 00.00 will reflect on the display then you could use the machine (this is needed to calibrate the machine).

@@PiyushPrasoon Thankyou for responding, the display is absolutely fine it shows the temperature and battery sign as well. Only the weight keeps fluctuating. Also I always make sure it's 0.00 before stepping on it. Is there anything else to make sure it's weight is correct or how do I have it repaired?
