i know! I have another recipe made the more traditional way with lentils and it is so yummy but does take like 2 times longer to make haha this one is much easier!

@@PlantifullyBased I did make some homemade vegan mozzarella fresco last night and I’ll tell you, it is a game changer for vegan cheese. So easy, from The Gentle Chef, Non-Dairy Evolution. So creamy and tastes how I remember mozzarella tasting. Just a suggestion.

Yes you can just peel and boil like regular mashed potatoes! I just did the microwave for an easier and quicker way to get it done. Enjoy!

This is the least intimidating shepherds pie recipe I’ve seen. It’s gonna be my weeknight dinner soon - looks like we’re getting snow and a cold snap and this’ll be perfect and warming!
