Suchi, one of a friends in Canada did his course and degree in Canada. I had asked him if nail glue is toxic, and he did say that they are obviously not food grade. Since in indian cooking we use our hands a lot, so I never get nail extensions done. Your nail shape, color and hands look beautiful. And I do agree it's an essential part of women grooming just as important as threading. If you have any different information than me, please do share, I would love to get mine done as well

Hi Suchi, I always do it from last 2 years, the heavy you will feel for 2 days max but after that you wnt even feel, the color is good but humara indian khana mei haldi hota hai so light color nails mei jaldi kharab hote hai n stains ho jate hai, I m bengali too and we also cook 2 times a day n wash thora bahut bartan while cooking also have 2 kids so all ghar ka kaam n offce Mujhe aram se 5 weeks chal jate hai aram se .. but yes 3 week ke baad growth increase ho jati hai tab neeche se white apna nails dikhne lagta hai

Suchi, I know as well about having nails.. i am a nail tech in india.. it will feel heavy for 3-4 days as it is ur 1st time..may be due to quality as per acrylic or gel... but they look very beautiful.. donot do it often just on some special occasions when u donot have cook

Hello Suchi Mam.. I stay USA ur vlogs inspire me so much.. I have 2 kids like yesha and keyush.. ( kuhu and chikoo) 11yrs and 6 .. from tomorrow I am starting my job journey I am feeling so emotional I have to leave kids with their dad.. my chikoo is just 6 .. I tried getting a part time job but nothing I found so just to start and gain experience I opted this 9-5 job.. Am I doing right 😢 So many feelings are getting in my head kya hoga kaise hoga.. please motivate me with some of your life lessons as you too are working and have kids.. ❤

Please never do extensions or gel… buffing of nails is very unhealthy. Just do plain manicure and put nice colour. It’s much healthier and easier to manage.
