Wash you coriander . Remove (blot) as much as water you can and then chop fine with the stems and freeze. Remove exactly when you need it cause it defrosts in seconds. I have been doing this for years and the coriander remains fresh and you can store it for months. Same applies to curry leaves but you don’t chop them prior to freezing

It's called chayote squash. We call it chow chow in Bangalore. You can make dry sabzi out of it. Just wash it clean, remove the outer peel and inside white seed portion. Chop it into small pieces or cubes. For sabzi preparation : Heat a pan. Add oil. After oil heats add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, you can add either hing or garlic, for spiciness you can add chopped green chillies or red chillies, add the chopped vegetables, some salt to taste, sprinkle a bit of water, cover it and cook until done. Garnish with coriander leaves and some fresh grated coconut. This sabzi goes well with chapati and rice.

Hi suchi, ni e to see u back, its calked chow chow in south india, you cn peel it, cut it into pieces, boil it, fr tadka add mustard, hing , channa dal, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves the boiled cow chow, then salt, turmeric pwd, coconut and coriander leaves, its very yummy with rice or roti.

Shuchi I advised u to spin the coriander way before....ek baar meri baat Maan ke dekho dhaniya Pura saaf karke full running water ke niche 2 -3 baar dho lo ,fir cotton cloth me bandh ke spin Karo,Pura paani drain ho jayega,fir fan ke niche 10 minutes ke liye khulla kardo, fir chopping board pe baarik kat karke air tight dabbe me tissue paper niche our upar dono taraf rakh ke fridge me store Karo garunty ke saath 8 din fresh rahega.same tacknic Palak our Methi pe bhi apply hota hai.🎉
