Hi Suchi. We gujarati make poha regularly. If you feel poha is very dry 1) soak poha atleast 15 20 mins before cooking. 2) at the end add very little milk to poha. Suchi i have one request for you. Can you please share how can you manage your monthly expenses? How much you spent in super store, costco, indian groceries store. We are family of 4 2 adults 2 kids. But its very difficult to save Here in usa. Sooo please share some tips on how can i save on groceries.

When it’s new it’s not seasoned so just wash and dry then pour some oil and put on cook top for 30 min low flame
