    Nice vlog. We do like to watch your videos, even if you dont believe us! I would scratch myself so much doing beach starts on a track, glad that's not me.     Loved this! As a distance runner i find it so interesting to see how sprinters train! I would love a FDOE, or Full week of eating? And maybe like a realistic day in the life of all the things you do as well as training?

    I'm happy and sad that track is done here in the States. Summer is cool though, we do a lot of easy volume and get tan before XC .
