    Track. And Cambridge track as well. I use to run with Cambridge & Colaridge some years ago so it was nice to see it again. I looked like Some tough work out. Good hear you were working hard but not over reaching. Great video.

    Great job with the hill repeats! Did it take long for the lactate to clear once you started the Tempo?

    Maybe about 1k or so :) takes a little while to flush the feeling out, but it goes within the first 1k /5 minutes :)

    The track looks so beautiful. It's my dream to run on a track one day. I'm 30 and recovering from a knee injury I've had for 2 years. :( Never underestimate S and C.

    For those session sometimes it helps just to bring a tripod along a capture only the starts and finish of each rep.

    @@hannahirwin_ That would equate to about 2:40 for a Marathon, I would think. A very impressive performance from someone who's primarily a 1,500 metre runner.👍 If Holly continues to concentrate on these longer distances then you'd better be careful, Hannah, or she might start to catch you up. 🤪 She doesn't appear to have her own KZread channel so please don't forget to keep us updated with her times and performances. It must be a big help to have such a quality training partner. ❤

    How has your overall volume adjusted at all now you are running sessions again? Also, how often do you lift per week and do you prefer to do that on session days or the day before/after?

    My volume is mostly on session days… I am still only running 4 or 5 days per week so the other days a very easy :) and I lift 2 days a week, usually the day after sessions :) I just find that works for me currently!

    0:26 it looks like your left knee is lower than your right knee. Is this true? And does it cause problems running?

    It’s just the angle of the camera as both knees are the same height 🙌🏼

    On the subject of video footage I've heard of some drones that will follow you fully automatically (they have AI tracking technology), have you ever tried using something like that to get your video footage?
