How much faster in 4 weeks? (5k PB Interval Training)

I used a 5k PB Interval Session from the ‪@runningchannel‬ to see how much faster I could get in 4 weeks! I lost so much speed when I was training for my half marathon, so I am determined to get faster this year in all distances. I hope you enjoy watching me in pain, pushing my pace 😆 .     Loved the vid. I've done 10 Park runs, started this March, am 62, not run in literally years. PB is 40.16 trying to get under 40 mins. I should try the intervals that might work the oracle. All the best Bob

    Thanks 😁 I like it for a PB but yeh needs doing! struggle to find any good surfaces near us 😆 Have you got any closeby good parkruns that you like?

    Before you started the week four session, you said you were doing it early in the week to be fresher for "when we do the PB". Not, "try to do", but "when we do." I love that attitude. 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️
