Zahraaaaaa!!!! You’re back!!!!!! I kept checking your KZread to see if you posted videos. I’m so happy to hear that you’re taking care of your mental health. I’m not Arab, I’m Somali and there is a stigma around therapy in my community too but Alhamdulilah I’m glad us youngsters are putting that to an end

I am doimg my Master's in Clinical Psychology. Please please please do not choose a therapist who is not licensed in your state or country. It is ILLEGAL. Your therapist needs to be able to reach you at all times in case you are in danger. If they can't do that, they should not be treating you! I know it is more accessible and having a therapist is amazing. But please be aware of the regulations surrounding this. They are just like your doctors. Imagine having a doctor who isn't licensed to work in your state or who can't reach you when you need help. Please my loves!
