Yes, you’re right! It’s been actually life changing working with other designers. We’re a small group of 3, but I feel like I’m learning so much and have that support I lacked in my previous role.

@@JaneYang Aww yay that's amazing, I'm so happy for you! That support is everything, truly. I'm currently a solo designer (there was one other designer last year but they left) and recently I've been REALLY missing having a design partner to work through the day to day challenges with. This will definitely be a deal breaker going into my next role, I miss working with other designers so much lol. So glad you're doing well in this new role and thank you for sharing - it kinda reaffirms to me that I should listen to how I'm feeling and it's okay to seek out other opportunities that give me the support I'm looking for in a team!
