As a SAHM and WFH I can relate to feeling like working 2 jobs at once. My mom lives 1hr and 15 min away, easily 2hr drive here in Cali work traffic. She tells me if I lived closer to her that she would take care of my daughter every day. But the houses there are so overpriced. I would definitely take advantage of the fact that your mom loves and wants to watch your baby everyday if needed. It’s such a huge help!! Btw I just had for dinner your chipotle chicken tacos from last video and OMG my husband and I killed those tacos !! 🔥

I agree with how shiiitty our canadian weather is. I have SAD- seasonal affective disorder, its a type of depression too. Dont feel bad about using the word depressing because winter here is depressing, super agree with you!! How do you deal? Its so hard to go through it especially when u have kids to take care of. My mom always tells me to get one of those lamps to help with SAD during winter but i dont know if they work. Anyway, love this long vlog! 🤍🤎🤍🤎

It’s very hard when you have kids because Kylo loves being outside. He hates being stuck in the house. I’m thinking of setting up a crafts table. Or even setting up a different small play area upstairs so he can switch up his play area and not get bored of the same space. I also plan on getting him a warm snow suit and letting him play outside in the snow. I’ll definitely share any tricks I come up with! Happy you loved the vlog thank you xo

I work FT from home and go to the office 1-2 a week. I have a 9 year old and my 2.5 year old. We are still potty training over here. I. AM. WAITINGGGG for the day he goes to TK (over here in the states it’s like preschool but toddler school). He can’t attend until he’s fully potty trained. I am so burnt out. I’ve been doing this since 2020. Exhausted would be an understatement. 😅

I would LOVE for you to release a planner bc i know it would be simple but efficient, cause that’s what i feel transmitted when you show us on your weekly life style videos and organizing ones. It’s called “Desiccated Thyroid” so it’s still a prescription! You need to get it prescribed. My naturopath doctor is the one who prescribes it. Most regular doctors don’t really prescribe the Desiccated Thyroid medication unless you ask! Definitely ask your doctor about it 🫶🏼

There is absolutely no hate to you with this but I just want you to be aware… I do think being a content creator is work but you CANNOT COMPARE to the reality of most jobs .You’re work is filming (when u can and when u want) and for example your filming dinners, hauls and sponsorships of things u enjoy.. things that are relatively fun… you get paid more than the average citizens as well… I am a working from home mom with no breaks, deadlines, managers on me and I get paid a lot less than most…. I know u say you’re grateful and I believe you but please truly realize that your working from home is A LOT different than mine and most.

Yeah but so? You picked that job not Amy. Amy is self employed, which is a lot of pressure especially when you just starting out. There are different challenges with both work styles and to say one has it harder than the other is absolutely unfair. If you don’t wanna report to a manager and have more breaks than do content creating and I bet you’ll appreciate it’s harder than this comment is making it out to be. So many people see the glitz and glam but not the hard work behind the camera.
