Xavier has always cared and loved Wednesday despite she accusing him for being the monster. He never tried to hurt her, differently from Tyler, and also saved her life when the statue was falling. That's why I ship them. Xavier is good-hearted.

Xavier deserves better, Wednesday never saw him as more than a friend, but except for uncle fester, Tyler is the only one who made her smile, when Rowan tried to kill her he risked getting caught to save her, and towards the end, Lauren had taken over him, when Wednesday was ready to torture him it pushed him off the edge, right into Ms Thornhill’s little plan. What Tyler told her in the police station was to warn her so she could save herself from him, he tried to push her before she got hurt Next season I would love to see them back together, Tyler is free now but still shackled, he would probably turn into the hyde, and maybe Wednesday can help him control it. Xavier and Wednesday aren't compatible

I personally liked Xavier from the beginning and preferred him to Tyler but when I noticed Wednesday liked Tyler more I was like well alright until he was revealed to be the hyde and pretending all that while. I'm happy Xavier is not the actual hyde and wishes he gets a chance with Wednesday. I could tell he really likes her and that painting of her thing was so cute.

I think Wednesday and Tyler are a much better couple. Even after revealing himself and capturing her, they still flirted the entire time in their own weird sociopathic way. I believe Tyler genuinely liked Wednesday and always accepted her for who she is. He could have easily said otherwise at any point after revealing he was the hyde since saying it would have hurt her and he had no reason to keep up the facade, but he didn’t because he does actually like her and was being controlled. He never got mad at her for being dismissive, sadistic, selfish or not returning his affections outwardly, he just went with it unlike Xavier. However, him being the hyde and his master hating her got between them. Tyler actually saved her life so any times and fought his urge to kill her in his hyde state on multiple occasions, plus killing any threats to her including Rowen and the homeless guy who threatened her in the old meeting house ruin. He only attacked her when he was ordered to but had several opportunities to do it. He got more and more unstable the more he turned into the hyde and was manipulated by Laurel, which is why it turned into a competitive winner/loser conversation at the police station. She was pissed she was tricked be because of her competitive nature vs the fact she hurt Xavier. I don’t think Wednesday was ever freaked out by him saying his victims’ fear was delicious because freaking people out is something she takes pleasure in herself, plus she doesn’t really mind potentially killing people if it serves her purpose like with the swimmers and the piranhas. She was really more fascinated by the hyde than scared of it and wanted to catch it to figure out the puzzle vs justice, and only really became mad after it hurt Eugene. She is protective over people she tolerates like her brother and friends and was getting even. Xavier is a good guy with a moral compass. He got mad when Wednesday was with Tyler and couldn’t understand that she honestly didn’t care about his mean prank. Wednesday was impressed by Tyler’s prank on Xavier vs judgmental because it was mean, and he was impressed by her piranha stunt vs being horrified. They are much more on the same creepy, sadistic wavelength than her and Xavier. Tyler liked her the way she was and never judged her for not caring as much. Xavier will be the one to change her to be a bit more moral, nice, and socially acceptable, but in her original state she was much more like Tyler. Now that he isn’t being controlled and manipulated by an outcast-hating maniac and can make his own choices maybe there is hope for our lovable spooky sociopaths, Tyler and Wednesday?

Honestly I became team Xavier when he painted a portrait of her playing the CELLO 3:08 - that scene felt so genuine like Xavier really wanted to get to know the real Wednesday or at least understand her more deeply Edit: as it was kindly pointed out, Wednesday plays the cello not the violin lol

Okey guys, I did a rewatch and I realize two things. First, after Tyler said Wednesday what is about to happen, he had tears in his eyes when he went away. I think it's because he really was into Wednesday and everything he said was caused but Lauren's power over him. Second thing is the fact, that he didn't say anything about his feelings for Wednesday. He didn't admit, that all was only a trick and he never ever loved her. For me, him and Wednesday are ment to be and I don't care he is actually a Hyde. For God sake, she's Wednesday Addams, she loves danger and strange things and people. I love them toghether ❤

Its most likely to not happen cause jenna said she just wanted wednesday and xavier to be close friends as they were like before She also wants the story to be more dark. From what I've seen since tyler (at the moment as no master) wednesday has been learning about hypnotherapy and could be his master. Tyler is coming back. He could end up being an ally. Of course tyler does have to pay for his crimes and what he has done but needs the truth to be told to him. People don't understand that he is broken inside bro. He lost his mom. Xavier looks unreasonably needy and clingy with Wednesday. It's kinda tiring seeing his sad boy expression almost all the time when he and Wednesday are together (cuz she is indifferent to him, and he just falls in love with her at first sight despite everything). She and Tyler seemed more natural and interesting to watch. Probably she will end up alone, but boy, do I hope that Tyler will be in the next seasons to balance off Xavier's overbearing feelings and provide a more interesting dynamic
