Your work is positively spectacular. The roses are utterly sublime. I am in awe of your talent.
what extremely beautiful flowers! I love making flowers, but they look like play doh next to these! And very generous with the advice, too, thank you. I'm a fan now!

Oh my goodness, those roses are exquisite! I'm trying to get back into cake decorating, and I love flowers. How did you get those petals? Are those molds easy to find, or are they just for professionals?
Outstanding!

Hello Peggy what a sorprise went I saw this video you could not believe it, I have a book you Boutique De Pastelería, I dream of having a bakery like you, and you inspired me to put the name Reposteria Rosanna primavera Boutique. God bless I send a hug.
Awsome and exquisite
Thank you for your comments. I have Alan's books and they are extremely detailed. In fact they look incredibly real. I have been letting the gumpaste semi-dry and using a toothpick I have managed to get the effect. The veining on a rose is, well, Dunn has it down to a fine-art science. Peggy likes pastel for her roses, victorian. Thanks Megan. ps. any other thoughts , please don't hesitate. Petals.
Admire her skills
Estoy absolutamente enamorada de esta tarta...
@petalsandme I don't know for sure which technique she uses - probably one of her own making. However Alan Dunn has some beautiful flower books and his techniques also produce wonderful roses. As for getting the tips and sides of the petals to curl back so beautifully I use a round cocktail stick (that I've 'buffed' smooth with a nail buffer kit kept especially for the purpose!). Regs... Megs
todos são maravihlos!
the wedding cake is the center of attention next to the couple getting married. you ever see in the movies where someone accidentally knocks over the cake and everyone's in shock over it? it's not the cake who's getting married but it's just as important.
trés jolie et beaux travail de pros bon courage
Love it
I my Good i am forinlove .... Everone here never guve true tips buy the girl yeh Thank u so much for wachting God bless u
love her lisp way too cute. I have one too. Listhththssspss unite!!!
Beautiful flowers... if someone was adding airbrushing to those bakery products it would be even more awesome...I only dabble in airbrushing cakes but your stuff is fantastic..
IMHO, you really cannot compare these cakes to Carlos. These cakes are nothing short of delicate, gorgeous, perfection. The flowers take so long because, when done this well, it just takes an obscene amount of hours. I think Carlos has some nice wedding cakes on their site, but I feel these are just on a different level. Just my opinion ;)
00:30 the prettiest cake i ever seen..
i just bought her books :)
Amazing cakes made by a sharp cookie.
😍😍😍
Peggy if you could give one piece of cake 🎂 what would it be.. ☮️💜
Es pasta de goma!!

We would like to be more known in english speaking countries and i was wondering if you could talk about us in one of your videos of if you know some people who work for a wedding magazine for example. Thank you for your help ! Kisses from Paris
very nice
..I'm sure Carlos bakery takes like a week to make a wedding cake, possibly not even that.. Correct me if I'm wrong..
She made Kate Moss’ beautiful wedding cake 🎂
Woah did she make will and kate's cake O.O
De azucar.
Peggy has books and masterclasses on her techniques if that helps...
No . but she should have done! Really can't believe that she didn't.. !
Thumbs up if you have lisp

I know personally just how much time is spent to make such beauty...Its deffinetly quality not quanity!
They look like if they were plastic and fake. There is nothing like the buttercream, those are real cakes
strong lithp, no?
Take away from this: Just use a plastic facsimile of a cake and save yourselves tons of money. The cake you serve will be a dumb sheet cake from the kitchen so who will know the difference?!

John Wettermark how does serving two cakes save money. Dummy cakes are not free and cost just as much as real cake. You still pay for covering two cakes although flowers would only be on one cake.

John Wettermark it's true, they have to make and possibly decorate the cutting cake, but using a dummy helps with any potential disasters. I'm guessing, but I would think most pros would rather not deal with the extra work. I sure wouldn't, lol. but great observation, John!
