Hi and thank you for a wonderful webinar, I was lucky enough to attend but forgot to ask a question that is bugging me also over at the VID of the IIRF: at which point do we assign the actor as the actor of an incident? If a report comes to ACLED that "Suspected al-Shabab members kill Christian villager", do you just go with it? I'm wondering if we should be adopting a more neutral journalistic perspective and simply say 'Unknown' even if the group has been known for a whole string of similar attacks unless more information arises, but I'd like to hear more of your methodology and approach on this point of "suspicion".
