It upset me to hear Dr. Mack say that allergic reactions do not progressively increase from mild to moderate to severe. I have a good friend who has lived with her peanut/nut allergies all her life and who is now in her 50's and each anaphylactic reaction that she had, progressively did get worse to the point that 1 injection of epinephrine does not work and she needs 2 for accidental exposures and needs to be rushed to the hospital for life saving medical help.
