This is a very helpful video. I can tolerate peanuts, coconut, pistachios and cashews, but not any of the other tree nuts.

I am allergic peanuts, lupin, almonds, cashews and now coconut 😪😪😪 at this point I'm scared to try anything. 😢😢

I'm only allergic to coconuts for some reason. I can have all other nuts, and have no other food allergy.

I have an allergy to coconut, really struggling when it comes to hair and skin products. Is it worth going pure cold pressed with things like jojoba? It says it's from a seed, but I can't seem to find what family it belongs to or if it's too close to coconut x

lubriderm is a good lotion brand that is free of coconut oils. Treseme shampoo and conditioner is also good for hair and is coconut oil free :)

@@GingerKidDiaries it’s not. It has 6 coconut derivatives in it. Everything does! I despise it and hope all the coconuts in the world die 🤣 there are over a hundred coconut derivatives, it’s beyond a nightmare xxxx

That’s why I am only allergic to peanuts and not tree nuts or coconuts.

peanuts > tree nuts
