#webernation ! I love my smokey joe grill, easy on charcoal and when its raining, i can just grill on the covered front porch ! Nice weber accessories!, grill stones would be perfect for pizza ! I like the handle and temp gauge too.... great weber grill video !

I know this post is 2 years old but I'm trying to figure out how you attached an acorn nut to the Nicholson file handle. The file handle has a hole in it so how did you attach the nut? Did you place a screw or bolt in the file handle somehow? Sorry I'm drawing a blank on how you did this.

You forgot the cast iron Craycort grill that can be removed in 4 segments for easy access to add fuel. It also has cast iron griddles you can buy, as well as cast iron veggie pans that can be swapped out with the grate segments and mixed and matched.

The Slow n Sear is a waste of money. For around $5 two fire bricks will do the same thing. The Drip n Griddle thing is an even bigger waste. A $10 flee market cast iron griddle is 100 times better and you can catch drippings with tin foil on the grate just as easily as you can with that thing.

Another Smoke N Sear plug? Geesh....this thing is the most over-rated over-hyped over-priced accessory for Weber kettles....the $19.99 baskets from Weber will do all of the same stuff...Outfitting a kettle with the SnS and drip and griddle with their grate, costs more than the damn grill does!
