Son Goku is a complex word. Son Goku is the Japanese name to the legend of Sun Wukong, who became a Buddha by the end of his Journey. The japanese characters that make up the words Songoku holds the meaning of "Enlightenment" and "Awareness of the Void", which is sort of what happens with Buddha. Buddha gave up all human desires, all living being desires, and became one with the universe. By being nothing, he became everything. So, according to what Pucci said there is either some analogy with Sun Wukong that was lost, or songoku might just be another way to refer to the vastness of Eternity.

TBH I think that’d be interesting just because Giorno has such a strong purpose that I don’t see him getting roped into the Heaven plan the way his brothers did. I think the dialogue here supports that. I feel like they’d have a surprisingly chill or at the very least cordial relationship. I could see them being conversational but not overly close-I don’t really see them being either allies or enemies since I don’t see Giorno being the sort of person who’d take sides in the family feud. He’s too busy murdering people in Naples to get involved with the Joestar/DIO follower beef
