I guess that precision stat is describing stand's ability and not the movements of the stand (piano keys). Weather Report has a very AoE based ability, even setting people on fire is working as a small area of effect, rather than just, let's say, AC/DC's ability of making someone's blood boil with just a touch. And I suppose that stands with better precision can use their abilities on just one person or a part of their body. But that's just a speculation. P.S: I do love answering to 2y old comments

I honestly think Weather Report could be ranked in the Most Terrifying Stands category. The stand seems to be able to replicate known weather phenomena (ie: raining animals), so what's to say it could block out the sun with dust/ash or rain down baseball-sized hailstones or spawn a tornado. Heck, the 100% oxygen moves probably means it would do the inverse and make the air contain 0% oxygen and suffocate a person, or replace it with something else like carbon-monoxide. And we haven't even gone over how it can manipulate heat and electricity!

Induce fusion to create a mini self sustaining star to sustain a planet? Can he Channel the total power power of a galactic core or has he manipulated the esoteric forces of differing dimensions. Has he healed rifts in space time? Has he manipulated the primal elemental cosmic forces of the universe itself? Has he set entire forests on fire? Has he become one with the entire planet and have absolute dominion over all its elemental forces? Has he created volcanic eruptions or earthquakes? Has he manipulated solar wind and flares? Has he parted not only the ozone but the very magnetosphere of the entire planet? Has he used nanobots to create weather? Well has he? Because of he hasn't done all these things and then some then I am sorry but storm is simply his better. Also storm doesn't just manipulate the weather she manipulates all the lemental and fundamental forces and energies that simply relate to or govern weather. That is beyond just atmosphere manipulation as you can see from some of her feats. Oh and her power has no upper limit meaning all these things are no where near what she is truly capable of.

Meaning there is no limit on gee weather abilities. According to the video heavy weather simply does weather report's shit and then gives people snail hypnosis. Now excuse me if I am not impressed. Especially when storm can casually cause planet wide storms and even create cosmic elemental turbulence whist in earth on a whim. And that is barely scartching the surface. You added magma manipulation and what not. He hasn't done anything that suggests he can manipulate anything beyond wind, lighting and water. So like I said he is diet storm.... If you do not like it go Burn the seas I don't give a shit 🤷🏿‍♀️.

Part 9: Emporio with Weather report and Burning down the house

If the HeavyWeather Disc is still inside Emporio, as a stand, then that would make Emporio the first person to permanently have 2 totally different stands at the same time

Not really, because Anubis is a bound stand sentient stand, his stand user died long ago, but because he's bound to the sword he still exists Same would happen with Superfly

The fact that this guy can replicate most of the 10 plagues of egypt is terrifying enough.

Anubis was Polnareff's stand as much as Cream Starter was Valentine's stand, just having the object that holds a stand does not make you the stand user.

Can you imagine if Giorno died of old age and then pieces of his friends just started to fall off and turn into the original objects

I was gonna comment on why Weather Report is my favourite stand, but unfortunately my net cut out and everything I was typing is now gone. So, instead I'm just gonna list some of the insane shit that Weather report is capable of. This is assuming the user has full knowledge of the stands capabilities, and can use it to the fullest potential. Weather report, could in theory: -Not only concentrate 100% oxygen in a room, but make a cloud suit so that the user is unaffected. (Emporio didn't know he could do this, in my opinion he was perfectly content with dying as long as he took out Pucci too.) -Create a hurricane powerful enough to destroy large cities / cause major floods or tsunamis. -Create a blizzard so cold that no organism could survive if left exposed. -Potentially manipulate the ozone layer in a way that exposes the planet to solar winds, effectively making the earth uninhabitable. -Cause a lightning storm so powerful causes citywide - global power outages. (depending on the stands maximum range) -Create a fire tornado. I don't think I need to explain why this is an issue. -Block out the sun by whipping up a storm so strong that our atmosphere is completely clouded with dust and ash. (Saw someone mention this, too insane to leave it out) And many more insane things. If you had this stand, you could literally google "Strange weather phenomenon" and you'd just have a list of insane things Weather Report can do to fuck shit up if you felt like it. 10/10 best stand power IMO, the design is superb too.

I call the stand " puffy cloud man" I like how the stand looks and weather report is cool....I wish I had the ability to control weather or just make it snow and make ice storms

Actually Weather’s adopted father was half black. But I’m pretty sure he and Pucci are Italian

This says a lot about our popular side character/ brother of the main antagonist from popular Japanese manga series - jojo's bizarre adventure: part 6 stone ocean

The one thing Puci forgot is that he can report illegal activity even if he is a priest and it was information he obtained from a confession. You can tell a priest you killed someone or did some other punishable crime and they have every right to walk out of the confessional booth at the end of it and tell the police every last detail. And if he really wanted to keep the “seal of confession” intact, he can leave out the person’s name and just let the police, “weather report”, or his family that something screwy is going on.

A theory I have is that maybe the stand transformed with Empiro overtime, Maybe having similar abilities but transforming with the user's own fighting Spirit becoming entirely different stand with similar abilities. Maybe...

I don't think that Emporio has Weather Report as in some cases placing in a Stand Disk would eject after a while. For example, when Jolyene used Star Platinum's stand disk, she was only able to use the stand for a brief moment before it ejected ut of Jolyene.

I do wonder, where is the line drawn between what's weather or not. Can weather report cause meteor showers, volcano eruptions or even radioactive winds? We'll never know.

I don’t think their sister would have gotten a stand I always read it as Pucci and Weather Report twins and their souls/ and bodies were linked because they were once one body and soul in the womb. That is why I think Weather got a stand because of that psychic link like the Joestar link when Dio used the arrow on Johnathan’s body.

Bruh I will consider him diet storm. Storm can create atmospheres for entire planets from nothing create hsnheld suns and can manipulate cosmic weather. And that is not even the half of it. Weather report is cool but he has got nothing on storm.

Weather report was not half black his stepfather whom his adopted mother married was, and weather got his stand due to his twin connection with Pucci not necessarily his blood connection, so Perla would not have gotten a stand

Imo Pearla probably wouldn't get a stand if she survived. She didnt seem to be strong willed or heroic from what it seems but I could be wrong.

First of all if u want to explain this stand u need to have knowlage on what weather is and how it works in nature, 100% pure oxygen exists and its not just separate abillity Emporio there just controled "weather" ppl see weather just as climate changes, stand weather report can control weather in curtain radius meaning he controls every molecule in atmosphere and atmosphere itself in heavy weather abillity Weather report control atmosphere to reflect the light produced from the sun and create rainbow( i can't explain how are raindboes created couse its boring) anyways the light redirected couses ppl brain damage therefore they think they are snails, if Weather report knew how to control heavy weather he could basically control the humanity as hecan choose what would ppl see and what image would beams of light reflect it does not newd to be snail.

What about king crimson? Diavolo technically has 2 stands, king krimson and epitath
