Nooooooooo, thanks. I couldn't help but laugh and scoff my way through the movies. And though I tried to watch this video recapping everything, it made me so bored and nauseous (not your fault, Looper) that I couldn't even get halfway through. Moviemakers and studios, I know you can do better. Stop putting out garbage. Please!

Somehow this video is better than the movies. I don’t think the story is bad, I just think it was told terribly.

TD;IL 17:19 The rebel moon, of the masterpiece 'Rebel Moon', does not actually feature in even one shot of both Rebel Moon parts one and two. The name was conceptual and even though they are on a moon, that is rebelling, it is not 'The' Rebel Moon, which is in fact; a planet... Are you f**king kidding me Zack?! 😅

Dense setting and lore... but then using generic placeholders like "Motherworld", "The Realm", and "The Imperium".... sigh. Also, strangely arrested development in technology, chosen ones, fake deaths... oof.

It was actually pretty cool to me .. not SW for sure BUT possibilities with Stories, character Develop, … chilling out with some SLO-MOS.

Remember that comedy sketch years ago when Gilbert Gottfried read "Fifty Shades of Grey" aloud and you could see how bad writing is really obvious when read in a sincere but awful voice? This summary does that with these movies. Hearing the story summary and character/place names, and listening to the narrator try really hard to not sound ironic or sarcastic, It felt like Gottfried all over again. This entire story sounds like bad fanfic.

This looks pretty good. I like it. Good story,characters,plot,character development. Copy of Star Wars but pretty good

I appreciate the Cliffsnotes, but even that was boring. See, this is what you get when Snyder does get his cut.

You know what. If this was an animated series, it would be okay. Just okay. Lesser than fine.

I really liked the movies.

Both are Good movies, can't wait to see 3

The movies aren’t depictive of this story. It’s a shame. I’m awaiting the directors cut to make a final decision. I enjoyed the movies but was seriously disappointed with the lack of character and story development.

Lol the anime like many other movies and such were inspired by Akira Kurosawa's Seven Samurai from the 1950s. The western Magnificent Seven was one such movie to do so. Rebel Moon did this as well.

It’s sad that Zack Snyder is so naive to think this is quality stuff. He needs to stop sniffing his own farts, and know when to quit.

I tried and tried and tried to get through that second movie... the sad thing is Zack Snyder's really proud of this and it doesn't make any sense did he not watch his own movie? Oh right tbere willbe the Snyder director cut bs.. He needs to stick to directing and not write another word in a script.
