    Last year we lost 2.2trillion because of procurement illregularities. Hmmmm. We plan for our corruption, budge for it, , we take it to parliament and we begin to execute it. That's the level of corruption is in Uganda.

    Mr solom my question is, did we need the law in the first take an example if the announced that there is a gay mariage on a certain village. would the village really allow that mariage to take place

    Uganda need only 100 mps and kampala doesn't need a single mp and each district at least needs a single mp , Uganda needs only 10 ministers are more than enough to manage this poor Uganda . Check all those poor governance and classified budgets unnecessarily made per year . Total wastefull poor nation busy drowning but all the time not taking appropriate rotionalizing . Our poor finance and administrative harzading is causing us being poor planet as Africans

    This is the time to cut back and allocate money where it is supposed to go. Use the resources we have. For crying out loud, we have so many fruits in Uganda. People in the West are crazy about dried fruits. Uganda alone can produce , dry and export. We need more factories, we have so many resources. Now is the time to get on our feet and use what we have. The reason why Ugandan govt wastes like this is because the money does not come from their pockets. I'm glad world bank has halted.
