I gotta hand it to you Guy. Getting Jen to sleep in a van down by the river is no easy task! Good for you two! Sarah would totally do the camping thing. Me, not so much! Stay safe!

Hey guys! Just found your channel and I think it’s amazing what you guys are doing! We have been exploring around the east coast because it feels so weird not to have any international trips booked. I love your new van 😍 it looks amazing and roomy. We have been to Zion but not Bryce Canyon 😩 it looks stunning!

Thanks for stopping by. We loved the van but we can’t take the credit for the pretty van - it was an awesome rental so that we could get an idea of what we want to put in our own. Hope you’re having fun on the East Coast!

Thinking about doing the exact same trip. How did the pick up with van and leaving your car behind work? Also did the owner have a mileage per day? I'm seeing many do making me rethink where to pick up the van.

The van owner let us park our car in front of her house. We were limited to 150 miles a day but each van is different. In the rental info, they’ll tell you if there are mileage limits. Generally it’s best to pick up the van at a place that won’t add unnecessary mileage. Hope you have the best trip!

What did you do with your dogs on those hikes? I hope you didn't leave them in the hot van that whole time..

Thanks for your concern. They stayed in the van once alone for 30 minutes at sunrise when it was 65-70 degrees out. Our dogs literally go everywhere with us which involves carrying them often times because of their age. 😊

It’s not a 4WD. The owner is incredibly helpful. If you click the link to her rental, you can send her a message. She is a wealth of information.
