I’m excited to try this roast! I just ordered a bag. Would you mind talking a little about your grinder that is in the background? Do you offer ground coffee? I think I saw that you have a Capresso grinder for cuppings and smaller quantities. Just curious! Thank you

Thanks for the order! We use many different grinders. The one you see in the background is an older one, not used much any more. In that instance I was testing some grinds on it. For cuppings we use the Baratza Virtuoso.

where did you get your roasting machine?

I bought it used from someone who was closing down their roasting business. For a while Coffee Crafters (the manufacturer) was discounting the roaster. Check their website.
