One thing that would help Trent's back considerably is using taller saw horses. I had back aches for years until I made a set of 36" tall saw horses. Getting rid of that slight bend when sawing, etc. really did the trick.

My last baby was transverse. Try any exercise you can. Breech babies are delivered all the time. Transverse are not. In the very end she had to be delivered by C-Section after turning her and then inducing twice did not work. The bigger the baby gets the harder to turn. ✨ One thing is I was so concerned about a C-section and was gentle on myself and had no problems. It all works out! All the best, Allie!! My youngest daughter has a learning impairment. Teaching her to stop, breathe and center her head was the best thing I could have ever done for her. She hardly realizes that she still does a quick version of this 18 years later.

Grayson has such a beautiful smile and he is a super nice young man. I have observed my nieces commenting on that 😀. Hugs from Canada!

Am I the only one? I love the “adios” from Allie. If it’s not there (I only remember a single episode where she wasn’t there), I feel a little disconnected. Anyway, the timelapse of Allie stretching and Leo being a 2 year old is priceless! I don’t know how structures settle in Utah, especially at considerable altitudes, but I suspect when things that are “a hair-out-of-square “, the end result may be 3/4”. ❤️ your videos!

Allie, you keep doing those stretches and not only is it helping your back, it will also keep your hips open for a smoother delivery. I also recommend a yoga ball. Sit on it and move your hips in a circular motion clockwise and counterclockwise. You're looking fabulous in your 3rd trimester. ❤

I’d hire out more than you guys. I’m much older. I could be your grandparent. And let me tell you, I’m so glad I took care of my back when younger. However all the Zumba, running, hiking took a toll on my knees. At almost 69, I had to limit those fun things. Tears in both knees and not a candidate for surgery. So an injection in both knees it is. I’m back to doing my fun things but much more careful. So having been long winded, please take care. I’ve been through it. Love to all. Leo….i have a 3 yr old grandson who won’t do breath work with me. Leo’s a trooper. Loved watching him♥️

Oh my, Leo is just getting too precious! That yoga was one of the cutest things I've ever seen. He certainly seems to be making up for his quiet months! So much energy! Leo and Jennifer will be like me and my Aunt Cleacy. She was more like a grandmother to me because mine were too old to really interact much. I loved her dearly and spent alot of time with her. It is a gift unlike any other. I miss her so very much. So glad they have sweet Jennifer in their lives.

Leo is so adorable! He's the bad guy is so funny and he calls his brother "Geek" is the funniest. Has me smiling and laughing this morning.

You have a perfect place with that hillside beside your house for a shelter. Build a ladder for that rear retaining wall. Get an excavator and dig a 12x12 plus sized hole and pour a pad and set rebar. Use L-shaped rebar so the cage goes up for the walls. Set concrete blocks up to 8 feet. Fill the voids in the blocks with concrete. Build a nice solid oak door and plate it with steel. Hang that in the front of the room. Set support framing and pour the roof. Cover the interior with cedar pickets and run electric for lighting. Backfill on the sides and top. Plant seeds for native plants and flowers to blend in with the rest of the hill. This will give you a shelter for bad storms, and a place for storing any canning or perhaps wine.

Codes for a water closet are intended to accommodate a handicapped person. Most building inspectors would let you slide as a homeowner…… but you put it in your video. Not good, now you put the inspector on “front street”. Even if he wanted to let you slide, he’d catch grief from his co workers if not his supervisor. Good call on the tile, you won’t regret it. Leo’s growing up fast, can’t wait to see the reaction to the new addition in the family. You two and your crew are awesome!
