That Behemoth Colossus Transfer case is a piece of artwork. Almost to pretty to have under a truck that will actually leave the asphalt. Since Paul knows 😉 Jace will never abuse the truck it’s great that he’s thinking overkill is the way to do all the fabrication.

I had to 😂 at the "33k miles!" I personally know of two early/mid 90s, 4x4 V8 Dakotas (both white) that the odometer stopped at 32 or 33k miles. My family put at least another 90k before it shipped to MN to spend the rest of its days as a winter truck. The other left to Oregon with at least another 60k, but that was in the late 90s. That Colossus transfer case looks great! Gonna be another bad-ass truck. As always, thanks and I love the videos.

Not only did they not get it seated correctly, but they had also used a chisel and hit the edge of the race. Well, let me tell you… that is not a large space to work in! I had to lay there sanding the chip/burr down with the tips of two fully extended fingers. What a frickin chore!!!

Paul, those firework salutes that fail to go off are extremely dangerous, I was 10 years old and were throwing 1 inch salutes and one failed to go off, one of the young kids picked the unexploded salute and put in his paints pocket, about 30 seconds later it exploded, fortunately he didn`t get hurt too bad, but he sure yelled pretty loud.

He said it didn’t do that before he put those tires on. I’ve seen those tires in one of your earlier videos, so you may already be aware of that. Cool looking tieres. Fine off road, horrible on pavement.

For that front drive shaft see about using an axle shaft from a front twin I beam ford f250 you can cut to length and is strong and easy to fit in tuft places. Even if you use it fir a short shaft into a carrier bearing then down to axle to avoid hitting crossmember. Just an idea

You have to cut Ben some slack on the rear end assembly, it was still bolted in the vehicle, where as Paul was working on a bench.
