I was also a convert under President Gordon B. Hinckley leadership. I am still active and rejoice in the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

I’m a convert to this wonderful Church. I was baptized in 1995, and President Hinckley was the Prophet at that time. Even though they are all wonderful servants of the Lord, President Hinckley was my favorite. I sure miss him.😔❤️

He was my all-time favorite too. I've been a member all my life and I'm now 75 so I've seen quite a few different presence of the church come and go, but nobody could beat him!

I was also blessed in 1994 to join the LDS Church just outside of Paola Kansas. There aren't words that can describe this beautiful religion if you want to call it that thats our Heavenly Fathers true church. My first belief is faith in channeling all our thoughts and words unto him connecting with the Heavenly Father in light of direction to understand the HF's motives of our actions and choices. The pure bliss is putting faith in the Master first to receive an answer inside your connection to him. This feeling that you have is beyond words because it is the direct form of true love directly from the Heavenly Father. Please raise your heart unto him in your words and your thoughts delight in him bc when you do this your going to feel the presense of Heaven inside you. Please lift your heart unto him and he will bless you to feel the presense of Heaven. I beg you please lift your Hearts unto him and never stop so you can feel this beautiful presense of Heaven. I beg of you please do this repeatidly.

I attended the Conference in 1978 (October) President Hinckley refers to here and I stood in front of President Kimball and was blessed to have been able to shake his hand. I was a member of the Church for only 7 months at this time and with my birthday in October, I had turned or was about to turn 16 years old.

I do not fear that he is coming. I fear that he wont come soon enough.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Please come SOON my Savior... Father's will be done, but it's getting pretty RIPE down here 😲😔🤢 Always grateful for Pres. Hinkley and his love for Jesus Christ 🫂🙏🏼

We are so blessed to have true apostles, and prophets on the earth today, like President Gordon B. Hinckley was. They speak the mind and the will of God to help bless mankind around the world. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true, that the Book of Mormon is true, and that this church is Christ's New Testament Church restored! God loves you and he loves me very much!

He will come again and no one knows but, the signs is already given by leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ and in the scriptures and coming of this great events. Live each day as if the Lord is coming. To do justly. Love mercy. To keep the commandments and help those in need. Let virtues garnished thy thoughts unceasingly. He will surely come.

Years have passed sunce i last listened to this talk by President Hinckley. And even now it touches my soul as it did the first time I heard it.

The words of this marvelous prophet are so relevant for our day. They are timeless.

I love you, President Hinckley. I miss you.

God be thanked for living prophets.

How I miss this man.

I was able to meet President Hinckley and his wife while serving in the Army in Korea. The day before a retreat in Youg San. He was so nice and so personable and it was a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. It was the highlight of events in my life and feeling the Spirit of our Lord with him. I look forward to being close to him again when the Lord calls me home. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

25:13 I would like to add that I remember President Hinckley, when I was a child, and now I am here at work at 37 years of age going back before I was born and listening to his precious words and super wisdom of our Lord Savior, and it gives me great peace in my heart and soul. Im at work right now and it makes me #happy very pleasent very calm to hear him once again. ❤

One of my greatest heroes

I am so looking forward to "the great and dreadful day of His coming," but am truely heartbroken for family, friends and anyone who doesn't believe these things will come to pass, especially as there is evidence all around us.

I love Pres Hinckley and I forgot about his humor😊. He also spoke with authority and prophetically.

I don't think in this life we could ask for much more then to hear president Hinckley steak as a spokesman, a prophet of God and be there in his presence, what a blessing it would be. Myself I will just have to wait. The great thing with technology we can listen to them over and over again and enjoy their presents while they speak.

Hinckley is my favorite from my life. I sure miss his talks

We are lucky to have president Hinckley as a modern-day prophet to encourage us to do what is right. Just like the dinosaurs, president Hinckley certainly left a giant footprint all over this world as one of those chosen ones before the world was.

I can't wait for JESUS to come. Everything down here is a MESS.

In my words I write this to you from the experiences that I feel inside my body. The Master is soo intense inside of me. I feel this beautiful gift that I write only in his presense. Please bare your soul out to him and he will come inside your body and you will feel him. He will feed your soul with such a pure peaceful beautiful love that you have never felt before. I beg all of you that read my words please desire him soo greatly and loveingly and he will come unto you soo quickly that your life will change for the better and you will feel different things that you never have felt before.

I want people to understand that the LDS Church brings the Heavenly Father into their lives and inside their bodies through their faith in him. He is soo strongly inside of me because I chose to bring him here. You must devote your time loveing him repeatidly in your thoughts and minds and commit yourselves to seeking his love for you. You must desire him and he quickly and speedily comes unto you inside your body. You must act quickly soo you can feel these beautiful things come inside your body because you seek him soo strongly and powerfully that you touch him with every fiber of your being. The Master is in your temple. He only wants to seek you there. You must seek him in great desire repeatidly. Seek him and he will come inside your body to make you feel his presense and the presense of Heaven inside your body repeatidly.

This message is timeless. Very relevant to this day.

What a great talk of hope!!

May the day of his coming come swiftly, and justice especially for children come. Meanwhile I will do my best to arm my children in the armor of the Lord, that they will be valiant warriors for Christ, that I will be proud to show my works before God. In the name of Jesus Christ amen.

I have the cutest picture of dear President Hinckley in my library with one of his favorite sayings beneath. I also have a picture of he and his sweet Marjorie with my parents on my fridge. I love and miss Him.

You have two more springs to enjoy. April 6, 2025 is on a Sunday. 😉 Then you can rest again until Sunday April 6th 2033 which is the Sunday April 6th that is closest to the 2000th anniversary of Christ's Ressurection. While we are speculating, can the world get anymore wicked than it is right now? Jesus will come when Heavenly Father's planned time comes and as Jesus said (as quoted by Pres. Hinckley) "no man knoweth the hour". So be righteous and watchful and it will happen as naturally as anything else in this world happens.

he is my idol I want to be like him

I joined the Church in 2002 when President Hinckley was the prophet. He never lost direction or sense of where he was going or what he was doing. Neither did he lose his sense of humour.
