I love that you're playing blind, this game is magnificent and the way you're playing it was the intended way

1 hour is fine and then sometimes a little longer episodes of 1 and a half would be a nice switch

An hour long video is a godsend right now! THANK YOU!

You can get one of 2 items to get into the area usually after city of tears One is in the city of tears and the other is that pretty important item sold by sly I'd recommend getting both before that area though as there is something that is great there if you have both

I've played around 450 hours of the game so I've learned it in quite a bit of deapth and just kinda remember a lot of stuff now

I'm so glad to see these videos pop up in my subscriptions :]! Always a delight to come along for the ride. City of Tears has such an ambience. It's so grand and melancholic, and does feel timeless in a way despite all that's fallen into ruin. It's very cool, Team Cherry did a great job at breathing life into their world through mostly the environments as well character dialogue. You're definitely improving at combat! Cool to see you gaining more confidence to dart in and get quick hits! Those quick, teleporting spellcaster bugs of Soul Sanctum honestly still intimidate me and I'm quite sure that first fight killed me a couple times, but you adapted very quickly and took cover under the platforms to buy yourself enough time to heal, it was impressive how well you handled that encounter! Personally I don't mind longer videos if that's something you're interested in! And I think plenty of people would agree; several-hour-long video essays are popular on this platform for a reason. Also, don't worry about having to come up with an articulate insight on every little detail. It's very nice to hear your thoughts and speculation, but don't feel like you always Have to give more than a 'Wow! Cool!' reaction! Because that's also fun, it can be delightful just to know that someone else is taking delight in a thing you enjoy C: ! So 'Wow! Cool!' and 'Oh, that's cute!' and any other form of expression are also valid reactions to things when you're otherwise at a loss for words about a new bit of gameplay

Also! I'm reasonably sure that the collectable items that you can sell to Relic Seeker Lemm have no purpose other than to be sold to him. This is hinted at in their description, and in fact selling to Lemm may give you more information on them, so you can do so without worry! Well, besides the worry of losing all your newfound wealth after a couple accidental deaths, whereas relics can't be so easily lost, so my advice is to wait until you know what you want to do with the geo

My decades of randomly slapping and shooting walls has finally paid off!

Hey a tip for shops, if you want to talk with the npc instead of opening the shop, just walk to the other side of them

It's such a small tip but makes a HUGE difference like using the right stick instead of holding the d-pad to look for things xD big thanks! ♥ I feel like I would have missed some extra dialogue without it

Don’t forget about the area with a nail for a sign 😅 and go check out some shops don’t forget about them

There is a more than likely chance I may have forgotten amidst the other things I'm working on keeping track of LOL good looking out!

if you can i would highly recomend using keyboard and mouse, it makes later platforming much easier and it also helps with the pogoing with your nail, its like the precision that the dpad gives but multiplied by 10, it took me a little bit to get used to the different controls but it really made my 112% completion much easier.

I will actually try this out this coming week! :D I do run into the issue of my keyboard being picked up on the mic I'm using, but with a bit of repositioning I might be able to mitigate that just a tad; I can't say I will stick with the kb/m controls but I think it'll be fun to give it a try for an episode or two :3

I hope this doesn't come off as backseat gaming, because by all means, you should play this game however you like! BUT, if I can offer a recommendation charm-wise, you would really benefit from shaman stone, it's one of, if not the best charm in the game. Again, play however you feel suits you best, just a suggestion from me :) And all things considered, focusing on defensive / supporting charms may benefit you more until you're more comfortable with the combat and popping vengeful spirit more often. With all that being said, really enjoying watching a fresh, blind playthrough of this game, you're playing exactly how I played the first time through, keep it up bro.
