WE'LL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN.

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Why? Because we won't have to...at least not until we roll this Jeep Wrangler off a mountain. Since that's what it'll take to destroy our Jeep once our fabricator, Chris, is done with it. Not being able to rock crawl and wheel our monster Jeep has been a daily torture for us, but the nightmare is almost over. Our one-off, fully custom 426 Hemi Jeep build is finally coming together thanks to Chris - which means that we're nearly ready to go hit the trails with it once again!

I was one of the people that "warned" you about the new light bracket getting in the way of the top... I didn't realize that there was so much room between the top and the bar. Obviously, Chris did!!! I think the STEPCHILD is the most capable (and awesome)-street legal-Jeep in KZread right now.

Just my .02 cents, I would add more clearance between the hoses and the caps that you made. It's going to vibrate and bounce a round quite a bit and cut a hole into the hoses.

Hate to disagree, but having seen what Kevin likes to do to front fender skirts, it makes me nervous to see externally mounted shock reservoirs. Maybe he will have more respect for the reservoir than he did for the light strip. Also don't like to see hoses poke through holes in sheet metal. Seems like a chafe point at minimum, slice point at worst. In a perfect world, it would never be a problem, but off roading never goes as planned. Just not GMP.

Montana is like specifically manufactured for Graffiti...which makes sense given that paint job! That doesn't look like Dynamat. Please tell me you didn't go the no name generic sound deadner route 🙏 Because you're going to regret it if you did. The cheap stuff is the same crap they use to flash roof tops with. It'll dampen vibrations but as far as keeping things cool...not so much & it'll stink like tar.

Working with aluminum is tricky. It needs a nice radius in corners of the flat layouts. And 0.090 metal is going to need a large minimum bend radius or it will crack. And you probably are going to need twice as thick heat treatted metal. You can start with non heat treated then put it in an oven.
