I think she’s cordial enough to kind of be friends with if you spend a lot of time with her but she’s mainly very guarded. Garrett just seems like a friendly golden retriever type who would love to become bffs with everyone

I like that the owner took the time to measure the bed and shower and knew that tall host Garret would fit comfortably.

I feel super bad for him. There was truly no reason for her to get pissed.. she was asleep and he chose to leave her be, unhook the entire thing on his own and drive to the grand canyon. I don't see an issue with that at all as she got to sleep in as she pleased and he got to view the grand canyon (mind you after sunrise) like he wanted. He also seemed to be doing legit everything from cooking, cleaning, and driving which probably sucked as well.

Garrett is so nice! He’s always wanting the best for others and the fact that he said he was happy that Nikki was sleeping whilst he was driving said a lot to me. Many people on road trips refuse to let the other passengers sleep while they have to drive, but seeing someone do the opposite was so refreshing!

I felt so bad for Garret. All he wanted to do was see the Grand Canyon with Nikki. He didn’t want to wake her so he did everything himself thinking she would be haply but instead he got the opposite. Love both of them tho!!!!

I hope Nikki can find a way to enjoy these experiences! She seems so miserable all the time and I feel like Garrett is just always walking on egg shells around her. It's too bad.

Nikki literally sat back and bitched the whole trip while Garrett did EVERYTHING!!!!! He cooked, cleaned, drove, and hooked up all the electricity and gas and water. That's so annoying when a person spends the whole trip complaining and doesnt do anything to pitch in. She literally just sat in the car or slept the whole time.

Garrett is such a sweet and caring individual. He basically did everything from driving to cooking to sorting out the plugs and somehow Nikki got annoyed when he didn't wake her up. His intention was to let her rest and not wake her up. How cute is that?! Of course we all go through times where we just cannot be bothered but it would have been nice to be appreciative at least. Good series nevertheless.

Nikki is way to dependent on things, Garrett literally did everything while Nikki is either sleeping or just sitting at the couch.

I agree. He is trying SO hard and bending over backwards sometimes to try and make her life easier. He's always trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and work on his own conflict resolution skills, which I think is great and will be to his benefit with all relationships in his life. However, it's a lot to put on your shoulders when the other person isn't putting in the same effort and doesn't have the same goal in mind. I would probably start to feel resentful.

I just love how the entire video is fun, but by the end of it you actually get to hear their serious opinions. It's just wonderful.

I am an introvert yet I used to go on two month rv trips with my family. There is literally no excuse for Nikki acting how she did. She overslept and didn't follow through with a plan so she had no right to be upset when he just stuck to the plan. If he had woken her up she probably would've freaked out at him anyways so she was definitely in the wrong here. He was just trying to be considerate and let her sleep

Honestly, this video really painted Nikki in a bad light. I hope that perhaps there was something behind the scenes going on that was effecting her mood. Maybe she was sick or something. To complain about what someone is cooking while they're cooking for you and you're sitting back refusing to help is ridiculous. Also if you make a plan, and you don't get up in time, the plan still happens. That's how plans work. It makes absolute sense he wouldn't want to be rude and wake her up. I LOVE how the owner measured everything to make sure it fit garret. It was so precious.

"I think we're gonna end up ripping each others throats out." I somehow survived 2 weeks with 7 people in an RV, no worries, no to hard to survive. I was pissed those 2 weeks, but I'm still alive

Could Garrett get a partner that's a little more excited about the experience? lol

Garrett seems so fun and down for anything. Don’t get me wrong I like Nikki. Seems like a fine person but she doesn’t have as many interests that are interesting to watch. I think Garrett would be even more fun with someone that encouraged adventures instead of having to drag someone else into having fun. I think Garrett should have some special guests!

Catapillargirl 20 really good suggestion. Someone he isn't close to every episode from work or even someone he met while grocery shopping. Idk something random

To be honest...it was really frustrating watching Niki complain about Garrett doing everything while she just sat and watched or slept. RV wouldn't even have gone anywhere without Garrett, since he even volunteered to drive it. I don't think Garrett did stuff on a whim, they made plans and she's the one that made it fell through. Why wouldn't he still attempt to go watch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon? Just because she overslept doesn't mean he has to suffer for it too. -smh-
