I love how their vocal tone is so unique and distinct, yet when they go unison their 'one voice' still sound distinct, the SHINee tone, if you know what I mean?

@@benipray There is indeed a timelessness in that 'SHINee vocal tone'. Very few western groups have it these days. Queen, Pointer Sisters, Abba and Bee Gees had it.

I like how Key interprets his belting notes. I like how Minho projects from his entire torso. I like how Onew skates up and down hills and valleys with childlike glee. I like how Taemin makes love to his muse even when he's vocalizing whiny feelings. SHINee is top in their class, and the pro musicians who love SHINee, and I know there are lots of them, would agree.

I like your articulations of our shining SHINee's process, thank you! What a challenging song! The length of the phrasing and cadence left them breathless. Onew's voice and interpretation of the music is always a welcome mood in itself. I like Key's lighter tones beyond belting because his voice is already so strong and the nuance adds alot to their harmonies. Minho has such a strong, yet subtle presence that brings the higher vocals together. And then Taemin being his happy, collaborative self. Satellite is such an awesome song for a reason 💜

@@4Peace. What a challenging song indeed, no breath stealing gaps but with must have minor vibrato then must push up, the gymnastic equivalent of Don't Call Me. I've witnessed countless Onew and Minho live vocal goosebump moments in two 2018 Japan concerts that people don't seem to have noticed or talk about, and Taemin's unparalleled emotional power at belting range which is his true forte. I could go on and on about Key's Bad Love live vocal awesomeness, his amazing head tone to falsetto back to chest shifts... but that would take a few videos...

The more you getting know of SHINee, the more you can't not falling for them. Not only talking about visual, but they really are talented as well.

IP address got exposed on X app and now faking that someone imitated him (used to say someone hack him) to disguise but still need to promote youtube channel for clout keep on using comments like 'talented visuals bias'..

The one thing i love the most about Satellite is the harmony of their voices and to see how this harmony was achieved is so amazing! Seeing the members singing the same line but with different tone over and over again. It mustve been quite frustrating (i know i would be frustrated lol) but they still manage to achieve it and create this wonderful song. Thank you shinee and team!!!

Actually, singers love to do harmony parts. It's really fun because the lyrics may be the same, but the musical parts are different and make such a beautiful result. Also, singing vocal harmonies is one area where they can show off their skill.

jinki’s voice is so BEAUTIFUL 😭💎

Onew naturally perfects & spreads his notes like butter. His rich tone is just so pleasant and clean. Key's lower notes are so pretty and crispy. When he does high notes, he's so so good at maintaining it clean and full, too. Minho's lower register is so freaking good, and I love how soft and gentle his high notes are. It compliments the group so so well. Taemin is so playfully rich & smart with his notes. He knows how to move his notes around to compliment each song. He's improved so, so much and he sounds even better these days. I know Jonghyun would be so proud.

진짜 이렇게나 겹겹이 화음을 쌓아서 레코딩 했기에 목소리만으로도 그렇게 풍성한 사운드가 나오는거네요... 샤이니들 모두 고생했어요!!!

화음 차곡차곡 쌓는거 미쳤다 이 노래 진짜 어렵구나.... 녹음하는거 보니 난이도 장난 아닌데 샤이니는 그걸 해냄

오.. satellite가 확실히 곡이 좀 어려운 느낌??? 화음쌓는거 어케 하는겨 진짜 대단하다.... 호흡이 끊기는 부분이 없어서 부르기 까다로워 보이는데 샤이니 너무 잘한다...

i always love watching how everyone records their verses differently like kibum always uses his pen to guide him, minho has the board in front of him at a distance and is very close to the mic, jinki likes cracking jokes in between and he always ends up tilting and singing into the mic diagonally and taemin sings close to the mic too but he moves his head a lot while he sings like he's willing the notes out by his body movements which is very 'main dancer' of him 💞

At this point Jinki could sing pretty much anything…..the Pokémon song…ok ok we know y’all can sing

Onew's voice is one of my favourites

I have so much respect for these guys, this is one hell of a difficult song.

This is my absolute favorite song on the album; it sits at the same table as Kimi No Sei de, Expectations, Jojo, and Love Like Oxygen - sounds upbeat on the outside but it's beautifully tragically heartbreaking on the inside. No one captures that desperately yearning feeling quite like SHINee does. And my fellow international Shawols if you haven't read the English translation of the lyrics, please do! It goes a little something like this: "Even if I fall apart Until I reach you, like this I burn towards you Oh I feel like a satellite" "I hit you with my whole body Everyone points at me I can’t stop burning up Oh I feel like a satellite" ❤️
