He had attained Stablerness after his first 30 minutes... and then plunged into the depths of JaMarcusville

Make sure to fire the offensive coordinator after that one. I think he called more play action passes than run plays (Stockton has a 74 overall play action pass rating and its killing him). Not to mention having 3 oppertunities of 1st and goal on the 1 and never running it once with Jacobs is insane.

The run/pass balance for the Raiders was crazy this game. 39 passes to 5 runs in the first 3 quarters

The Falcons with a fantastic defensive showing, and that team is still young... Jessie Bates is 30, but the rest of their defenses still in their Prime, and a lot of players can still get better. I don't think this is the last that we will see of the Atlanta Falcons.

100% agree, especially after that Super Bowl performance. That would leave a sour taste in the organization and fans mouths’ so it’s realistic to apply the franchise tag 🏷️

Nah 4ints in the biggest game, poor decision making all season long (constantly throwing into double coverage), usually bailed out by the wrs or the def. He is not your franchise QB, at best you sign to trade him for a high pick.

It's because of Arthur Smith's Playbook and The Playmakers being so young and talented, it means that he puts up crazy numbers in the sim, which means that his ratings go off, which means that he ends up being good. If you had put any generic Young quarterback who didn't have bad traits into that offense and that playbook, they would develop similarly. It's just how Madden is.

Specially after this season. If this was a TV show the Superbowl win was a shoein. But, its not scripted and this is how you know Cane stays true to the game. He could have easily save scummed to get the dub and finish the series with a bang. But, he lets the chips fall were they may and this is just the way it went down. It is truly a shame, the team deserved the Superbowl but Denzel just choked after those first sacks and never recovered.

Stockton is a great QB. This is an amazingly constructed team. Stockton throws clutch INTs. Despite surrounding him with talent and rebuilding the playbook for him, he still buckles under pressure. Maybe a Super Bowl can be won with him, but it will be in spite of him, not because of him. 38:20 I wanted to add that while we want a ring, I would say "job complete" on rebuilding these Raiders. You've done a fantastic job and barely fell short in the Super Bowl. If this was the end of the series, it would be absolutely labelled a success.

If we’re being fair a lot of the mistakes were madden being so animation and playbook dependent
