I am massively proud of Simon's house- building so far. I've been rewatching the old Ark series, and his creativity has grown so much! Even when he struggles, he still tries to learn and figure it out. He even asks when he doesn't know how, instead of demanding someone do it for him. ❤ Love you, Simon!

It actually upset me a bit that he got loot after using that much time and metal, metal which he didn't even help to harvest. I was REALLY hoping the tower would just be full of nothing.

@@sfreemanoh 2.5 episodes on that door for loot he won't share, while their base was being destroyed last episode...then he asks Neebs to give him the shotgun shells from the chest he couldn't get.

You only get flint if you use a pickaxe. You need an hatchet for stone or a tamed animal. Ark is goofy. (Unless they changed that)

@@rysiii811 They altered the taming rates, I am sure they also altered the resource "drop" rate.

Explorer notes (Story chests) give a chunk of exp and increased exp gain for 10 minutes. You can even ride a tame over notes to get you and the tame the bonuses too. Best for leveling your flyers.

Remember boys, when harvesting, use the right tool for the right job. Picks get more meat from corpses, axes get more hide/fur. Don't use a spear or sword

Simon, if you ever read this. Getting that story chest not only gives you alot of xp, it also gives you like 4 to 5 mins of bonus xp on anything like crafting or killing. I get the running joke but bc Simon wanted to level up before this it just becomes another poor Simon moment 😂😂😂

Coplanar, vs Tangential, Arc vs Spline the hardest part about geometry is perspective what might be Perpendicular to one person could easily be parallel to another that's using a different reference point.

The Herbivore Island that Neebs went to is a perfect base location. The natural cove is great for housing your water creatures, and there are no threats. You could build a little town in the lower part with the rock wall surrounding your town. It would be a paradise for you guys

@cuddlyrobot That is true. But if you populate the island with a bunch of your own dinos, wild dinos don't spawn as much. Also, you can put your gathering dinos on wander and let them roam around freely like Moschops, and they won't leave the island.

@MrCostari nope. I have a few Moschops that roam around, and I set a dilo or two to follow and protect them just in case they piss something off. It's a decent setup. You'll know when they can't carry anymore cause they stop harvesting materials and berries

I like the new way of adding stuff in the map and reward exploration. Specially with the guys not knowing.

Anthony's eddiitng brings this series to a whole new level I'm loving it!

Appsro's roof has the top portion with verticle ends and the bottom with all slants but not meeting in the center, making it more half Hip Roof and half Gable. Also known as a Pizza Hut roof lol.

Technically, it's called a "Dutch Hip or Dutch Gable" Simon totally should know this, . The old pizza hut roofs didn't really have the gable ends so they were actschuly more of a bonnet roof or a weird bonnet mansard hybrid.

I can't wait for them to discover the poker table where they can play
