Reason a lot of the build mechanic changes (e.g. tree platform snaps etc) are in the game is cos the S+ mod creator now works for WildCard. This is a great thing cos it was handy not having to put down a foundation on what is essentially a foundation itself. Plus trying to get the foundation lined up on the tree platform was always a pain so I'm glad they changed that.

For S+ the I really miss the Mutator. It’s fairly hard to use unlike mutation mods now which are only potions that require berries and give insane mutations. Is there any mod that adds the mutator back?

In the northern canyons of SE the waterfalls are much cooler than the surrounding area. Great PVE location. The last waterfall headed towards the sand has a neat little cave as well.

Oh yes! Breeding the onyc for example was such a pain since they just kept flying and moving them to look organized was impossible

They also removed when dinos are near a trough or when they have food in there inventory they no longer have the eating animation unless you’re force feeding it.

why did u put the spino in thumbnail and not talk about how it was nerfed in ASA? or maybe its bugged, but when riding the spino, its bipedal swing speed is much much slower than it was in ASE. its DPS has been nerfed through the ground. i hope they fix this soon and bring it back to what it used to be

dang thought i was tripping when it felt slower when it was attacking. seems like the quadrepedal bite speed is intact but the bipedal swipe feels like garbo now.🫡

@@iamjoshl yea lol, quad bite speed is still the same, the bipedal one is just so much worse. i really hope they fix this, the spino barely has health, the attack speed was its main factor. not just that i think they slightly buffed the rex's attack speed too but not sure on that

Ive noticed that asa-related content has been receiving alot less negative/pessimistic comments. Unfortunately im pretty sure this only because the OG ark survival evolved players ( the source of such opinions ) have decided just to quit ark, rather than continuing to express their discontent.

If you have a performance mod installed that might be the cause of the issue. It was for me.

When you pick up a pet it weighs 50% of it's inventory - that's the weight reduction (in the future sinomacrops will be added , which has 2x weight reduction in it's inventory so x4 reduction on player) and the only pet that can hold artifacts is otter
