If you're referring to Valencia, Bukidnon province then that's an awesome choice. Peaceful and nice lush greeneries loads of Del Monte pineapples too.

@Mizo Gkuk Valencia is in Negros Oriental located 9km or 5.6 miles west and uphill of Dumaguete with an elevation of 800m. This causes the temperature to be 10-15°c cooler than Dumaguete. There are alot of streams and mountains which provide a large host of activities.

@@landoevora6153 Thanks Lando, yes, Valencia also provides much produce for the area and they host a large Farmers Market every Sunday. It is located 9km west and uphill of Dumaguete.

I believe you'll get free electricity and water from the local government of Valencia. Perks of the town since it has a huge geothermal plant.
