My heart broke reading about your friend from Breaking the Silence who was killed in the Oct 7 attack, and for your Palestinian colleagues targeted for their activism. Sari Nusseibeh wrote a recent piece: " Our dream of a future for both peoples is the victim of this tragedy". The hope must be that voices like yours persevere, so that that future might still be realised. Much respect to you both.

The jews were always warriors even as herders and growers in ancient times... think of the old testament: a testament to the warlike flavor of those days...the PROMISED LAND as a real promised land to fight for even back then 3000 years ago...the old testament is bursting at the seams with violence and chaos and howling done so well its utterly beautiful...thats why they survived 3000 yr and all the rest are gone...WHERE ARE THEY NOW?? the jews remain...just an observation o my brother
