Seriously, young brad and lea are really match the image of disney prince and princess. Ahh.... I want to go back to my childhood days! 😭

in the early 90s, the local tv station in indonesia used to play music videos for 30 minutes really early in the morning. it was the first thing to come on before regular programming started. and 10-year-old me would wake up JUST TO WAIT AND HOPE for this mv to come on so i can live in brad and lea universe for 4 minutes. (loved them and this song so much.)

Finally, a romantic music video that doesn't involve two persons kissing or touching each other. This is so sweet despite the distance. It's not everyday that you'll watch a powerful MV like this.

Lea's album with this song came out in 1993 -- the same year "Aladdin" was released. Lea was, of course, the bigger star, and I think it was great that she asked Brad to guest on this track. Beautiful, romantic song, and these two wonderful singers do it so well. I'm keeping this clip as long as I can!

I always remember this song during my secondary school in 90s. My friends and I competed to sing the song correctly. But most important thing is I LOVE their chemistry. Not only the duet in Aladdin, but they really poured this song out expressively and passionately.

Aladdin and Princess Jasmine!! gosh i was so young when this song went on air. songs like these became influences to what i am now as a music lover. lovin' the subtle pure music without autotunes. and yes, i also wished lea and brad were together. this could be a follow up to E! news regarding lea salonga's eternal crystal clear voice (esp. as princess jasmine) as if she never got old.

I just heard this song on the radio and reminded me when I was young and madly in love. I'm now married with 2 beautiful kids, both 6 footers. Lea is so beautiful!! And together with Brad they made an excellent duet, their voices complementing each other.

kris2pe yu the album was.produced by Glenn Ballard for Warner, he just came from an unknown album called "Little Jagged Pill" for a singer named Alanis for Reprise Records under Warner.too. sadly Lea's maiden album was too saccharine sweet for that 90s music scene which was still imto late 80s grunge, which enjoyed a much needed boost in the late 90s thanks to Lisa Loeb, Natalie Imbruglia, and to 2000s thanks to Mandy Moore, Jennifer Paige, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears et al
