Caution on that one ! Most jurisdictions have 'rules' that provide for visitors and those rules can be quite strict and remain in force indefinitely. All the owners have to do is claim privacy' on their own property and you have NO right to violate that, in any way! If you are ordered to leave you must leave within a very short time or you could easily be arrested on the spot. Also, they are not required assist you in any way nor provide you anything. Be careful!

Great audit! I love how you pretend not to know your rights this gives them the opportunity to show everyone how they will violate the very oath they took to get their job. I give all the auditor's out there the utmost respect To me they are the heros not them cops. They are brave for what they do

It's amazing how law enforcers don't know the law. Total incompetence in doing a job without knowledge.

This Cop believes anything outside of our House front door, is a “Secured Area”.

I felt like I was getting a root canal without anesthesia listening to the Officers trying to create a problem where none existed. If they want to create a more secure area they need to add another fence and gate.

New law: Anytime an LEO says "We can search you for any reason", all their supervisors do 60 days in county jail for neglect of duty.

This is typical of poor conduct in my experience as well when dealing with most cops. Good for you for standing your ground. Most of them don’t know what to do when they bump into a person who won’t put up with their lies, as is clearly shown here.👍

@@LLL-jb9rp There's a politician proposing a new law requiring LEOs to graduate from college with a Bachelors degree prior to being hired. That college educated police are involved in less unjustified shootings and beatings than uneducated officers. It's a great idea , that should be law at Federal level as well . But it's a step in the right direction . 💯

There is a court case in Connecticut that upheld the state's authority to refuse to hire intelligent officers citing that officers who can think for themselves are not their preferred candidates. They only need/want order followers. Videos like this are what we get because they hire from the bottom of the barrel.
