Trying to sell some insurance for sure, like in the video.

In china we call this type of vehicles 老头乐 "grandpa's fun". Basiclly they are the cars driven by retirees picking up groceries and their grandchildren in small towns. They are not street legal and don't require driving lecense or plates.

This thing's called 老头乐 (actually upgraded a lot) means it ‘’makes grandpas happy”. The CAR version used in urban area are used to pick up kids back from school driven by grandpa. The TRUCK version usually used in rural area and it's a cheap replica for the motor-powered tricycle-trucks used by the Légion étrangère in Africa. Everyone knows it's a toy vehicle and hazard to urban traffic, but in rural area is another story. You simply don't need any paperwork to buy or drive one since it's not under any law. lol~

A few years ago while driving Uber in Los Angeles, I got a request to pick up a guy named Dave from McDonald's. Upon arriving, I was greeted by four bearded men. Heavy D, Diesel Dave, Red Beard and The Muscle. As they approached the car, they asked... "Does this thing have a weight limit?". I was driving an 07 Honda Civic at the time. I laughed and shrugged as they piled in and down the street we went. We had some laughs and I dropped them off at their destination. Class act guys. Given the title of the video, I couldn't help but share the memory. 👍

What type of electric car are you? Different models have different speed limit lines with different colors, but most of them are on the controller. My original electric car can only have a speed of 20km, but it can be about 50km after pulling out the speed limit line

Yeah i agree with that. most cheap AC motors have them, they are generic motors used for electric bikes and cars. since they all accept a generic batteryin/throttle/ and break in.... that one includes integrated lights so a all in one kinda thing

@First name Last name there is a connector with a loop of wire under the dash. remove that connector. voila. exactly the same as any chinese electric scooter bicycle skateboard etc.

You've right. Many ecars or ebikes from China have speed limit and can be unlocked to boost 2-3 times speed. Ask the manufacturer or the wholesaler for how to unlock them.

I remember when people where doing that with smart cars.

The brake stands at a red light was too funny, lol. I've done thousands of little ones at red lights in traffic over the decades. Everyone just looks around wondering where the smoke came from.

In China peoples called this stuff “Lao Tou Le” that means grandpa’s happiness. It’s kind of illegal vehicle. They are often driven on country roads by people in their 60s and 70s who do not have a drivers license. Lol

Americans buy 7 million Japanese cars a year but Japan only buys about 10,000 American cars a year, mostly Jeeps for their novelty value. American cars tend to be badly built, vulgar and fuel thirsty.

Well, now, that is about one of the cutest things I have ever seen. I appears to be smaller than the Smart car I used to own but at least the Changli has a back seat...sorta. Was one of the back seat guys leaning forward because there was not enough room for both of the guys shoulders? Swag Pack - fully loaded weight...was that before or after y'all ate?

i just looked up the Changli thing they have basically three different models and the featured version i would not pay more than 2k for, they offer an "SUV" model which allows seating four people, and their "Pickup" model is the SUV model but with a small "truck bed" and they want $9,999.00 for any of them and that's without factoring shipping or tax's.

When you see these guys in the car, any one else think of Tommy Boy saying, "fat guy in a little coat"
