Fact is United & Arsenal were established clubs with huge revenues, budgets & spending. Citeh had to close this ‘gap’ in a short space of time. This is the reason they chose to ‘launder’ money into the club from the oil wealth of their new owners. They had ‘front’ companies & ‘sponsors’ set-up to bring in the required money to build a squad that could dominate their competitors & they achieved this. But, they did this by breaking the rules.

If you look at Citeh’s second-teams they were arguably as strong & as valuable as their first-teams. This is where their competitive edge & dominance derived from. The money to achieve this was illegally channelled into their club using ‘front’ companies & bogus ‘sponsorship’ arrangements.

Farmers league is a joke, Bundesliga was run away with, la liga was run away with serie a run away with ligue 1 run away with, Portuguese league won by 10, eredivisie won by 8, premier league 37 games in and 2 teams can win on final day

Not about City proving they’re innocent? Actually it absolutely is!! A lot of the charges are around non-compliance and not sharing financial information. Why do all the other clubs comply but City are not willing to? The City fella is very dismissive but the Premier League are the ones that have charged City here not rival fans. And that is why the premier league want their day in court, they have enough, it is City who have gone to PL and asked for it to be settled outside of court. I say, let it have its day in court, then everything will come out in the open. If they are innocent we can all move on. If it goes to settlement, nobody will ever know

People keep saying “City haven’t actually been proven guilty” or “we’re innocent”….NO! Everyone seems to have forgotten that in 2020, UEFA found City guilty in a court of law, provided the evidence, charged them, and banned them from European competitions for 2 years. Unfortunately, due to changes in European law, CAS overturned the charges because the breaches were considered time-barred. “Not guilty” is not the same thing as “innocent”. Getting away with a crime doesn’t mean you didn’t commit the crime. The evidence was presented for all to see back in 2020. They are guilty! They just couldn’t be prosecuted under current European law.

Consider…if you will… City, before their takeover, had an almost nonexistent revenue stream (besides match day ticket sales) and had a small (but faithful) fan base. Fast forward 15 years and they now have the 2nd highest reported club revenue in the world. (2nd only to Real Madrid) Anyone who ACTUALLY believes that’s possible to do without breaking rules is delusional. Simple as. Their world wide fan base is very small in comparison with the other clubs in the top 20. Given the Prem’s and UEFA’s rules on investment, they would need 20x the fans base to even come close to the other top 10 clubs. It’s laughable that people actually think they did this legally. The public courts found them guilty, so they paid off the private court (CAS) to get the results they wanted. That’s the truth, and 99% of football fans know it.
