errrr, don't think he silenced Leeds fans... watch it again mate, it was the Leeds fans who embarrassed the lads from the library into silence even when you were winning 4-1 away! Plastic fans.

I came here to see the live blog of the game as an Arsenal Season Ticket Holder. Always had respect for Leeds. Chapman, Rocky, Lukic to name just some who played for both. However, I’m absolutely fuming and horrified that the Saka “you let the country down” chant is one on this blog and two one of your main people on the channel seems to be revelling in it. This is not “banter” and should be removed immediately . Having said all this fair play for getting all the goals, the back and forth chants between home and away. Real good quality camera work in foggy conditions. Just a shame one small part of 21 mins content ruins a great blog.

It amazes me you’re so horrified at that chant but ok with us singing about hitting cockneys with a brick 😂 Whats the difference of us singing you’ve let your country down to Arsenal fans singing you’re fucking shit, both stating players aren’t good. I think you need to lighten up, it’s football and you’re watching a fan cam from the south stand at elland road, I really don’t understand what you were expecting. We like to make elland road as intimidating as possible, especially when we’re playing so poor. As long as it’s not racist or homophobic then I really don’t see the problem!

The chant is shit (doesnt make sense to blame 3 penalty takers for a failure when ”your country” hasnt won in 60 years; no one else in that team had the balls or skills to take pens so it was left to a kid whose never taken one for his club) and it opens your club up to being dismissed as a bunch of racist idiots. Let alone the fact that any quick search of LUFC videos will find fans in the comments saying shit like ”was nigeria in the finals” etc etc. Crap behaviour begets crap behaviour. If your honest as an england fan, you could never say saka ”let his country down”. Normal fans of this country were proud of him for how well he played in his first tournament, and excited about having him in the squad for years to come (as you would if any other 19 year old kid made the kind of impact he did). Might not be that your racist-but man does it open you up to the accusation. And dont think for a second it rattles saka: kids waay to mentally strong for that. England players haven't won anything in years but it's only banter and convenient that the players that missed the penalties are black. The rest of the team didn't win the final in normal time but have you noticed none of them receive the chant. I actually think racist fans love that this has happened to give them an excuse to target black players under the guise of "oh it's because of the euros" "it's banter" Oh also, Rob Holding reported racism abuse to the subs bench in the first half.

Let’s not forget this chant started against man utd for Sancho and rashford because they are Leeds’ biggest rivals. I would bet my left bollock that if maguire had missed he would have got relentless abuse aswell.

Didn't like the Saka chants that was poor but your support for your team is proper. What's the Champions of Europe chant about? When Leeds came to Emirates for FA Cup a few years back, I was shocked at how you played - great football and on another day you would have won. A strong Leeds in the PL is a must.

@@dimond3500 That’s away from the point since those two games were away from home. I and many other Leeds fans agree we have had poor away showings, which I think we can agree on. However in Elland Road, we have two main stands and while I would say that the Norman Hunter South Stand has the best atmosphere (fierce and good banter), the other main stand (the North) has a loyal amount of season ticket holders as well, who are nearly always standing and singing/chanting every minute. I would rank Elland Road as one of the best atmosphere based stadiums in England.
