Love the round one the French dude created..Because of the design and the fact with that it's wind and wave resistant less likely to capsize ..

In a heart beat. Nothing better then living on the water. The view of course but just watching the water is unforgetable. I love them all.

Yes. I definitely would. My parents owned one on a lake in Tennessee. We spent every summer on it and sometimes in the winter too... Thanks for the memories. How I miss them days of long ago when life was simple...

I had a waterbed for many years. Eventually I had an aching back. Changed to a good, real bed & the waterbed was the problem.

I have often thought I would love to live on a house boat, but I would have to try it out first.

The design of the circular house boat can actually be envisioned as star fish design - capable of jetting off in each direction of the startfish limbs. Or have an octagonal design - that could also go underwater. Multi-directional movement.

I worked on barges for a couple years . I always thought it would be cool making a home out of one with spuds.

Anthénea looks awesome. That'd be a great retirement home.

Get rid of the party deck and put in a Geo-dome for fresh veggies and catch your protein

I love the dome shape house boat best because it aerodynamic and also hydrodynamic to weather the big storm without toppling over. It also have submarine view of the fish and 360 view of the universe with the remote control rotating bed. solar power to make ice for long party trip. Now that's PIMPING.

On the funny side of things , you all found the first UFO, the pod... I like the Florida one with Highdralic's yet there windows are rated for wind not water pressure so I'd have to go with the pod it's the only one that consiste's of polermor plastics to with stand heavy seas or samomes or tidal waves. Just saying Keep it solid steady 1000 Minds eye .

Have to go by $$$ as usual & the Sealoft one looks best. It's already in manufacturing/ delivery stages & is priced competively with today's housing market. Once again though, WHERE'S OUR US BASED ARCHITECTS & THE ADVANCED DESIGNS LIKE THIS?!!!

# 1 is my favorite with see through floor. Hopefully they'll make larger for family size meaning more than one bedroom. I know holds 12 but as a family getaway, I'm sure couch could be one more bed, but....

Last one looked the most stable in its design, not one is tolerable of any real sea movement or wind , I wouldn't imagine

I don't think any are meant for traveling out to sea. You'll usually find houseboats where the waters are still. I'd get sea sick being on one going over waves all day and night.

Wow very innovative '' love the designs . with oceans rising ' these are not a bad idea to invest in.not to mention how fun these would be on the water /

The boat house in Florida is the most interesting.

Round one is the best for obvious functionality in an ocean environment

Luv the designs but some need to consider redesigning the roof for rain run off. As that would protect the boat design and be environmental friendly
