I loved this one cuz I’m also diabetic and the second she started getting dizzy and that I knew

If her blood sugars were so high that she passed out (500-800), Insulin would take hours before she would be able to walk.

If only takes a minute for blood to get around the body so injecting insulin into the blood stream will in turn speed up the process as opposed to a tablet, same way as administering painkillers through the blood stream directly has a faster effect.

These were the good days of Waterloo Road. I stopped watching after Season 6, as the quality was never as good afterwards. The earlier seasons are the best ones

It should have ended at the end of S7 when the original WR in Rochdale closed. Scottish WR completely sucked compared to this

Rose and Tom have shown more chemistry and connection in a few episodes than Davina and Tom showed throughout their whole relationship. Davina choosing Tom over Jack made no sense whatsoever. Nor did Tom fighting so hard to win her backThey had no chemistry or real connection with one another and was such a bland relationship. Tom was not too far off the mark when he said the only they had in common was Waterloo Road. Davina had a real connection with Jack and you could tell with Toms relationship with Izzy and now Rose there were real feelings there. But with Davina and Tom at no time did I get the sense they were madly in love. Very strange writing and story line glad it's over

Love waterloo road so good each it every week

This episode hit home with me when a was pregnant with my little boy a was terrified was thinking all these options that was 3 years ago so happy a didn’t as a couldn’t see my life without him.

I love tom he's my fav he sounded like he was reading a poem

I sort of suspected Tasha was diabetic. My mum has type 2 diabetes and is insulin dependent.If she doesn't eat she can feel faint and weak or have a hypo. I know quite a bit about the condition and how to recognise it. For her it started with flu-like symptoms and her vision was dodgy. She also used to get migraine-like headaches. I notice she uses the same brand of insulin mum uses.

Its good that Tom and Donte got on well in the end. Would that have happened with Izzie if she was still alive because she seemed to HATE him?

I feel for the girl with diabetes my family members have it and it’s scary when they get to low or high nothing worse great show of a hyper attack love Steph in this episode. Totally feel for Donte as my partner went threw the same when I was pregnant with my first was convinced I didn’t want him 3 years later I wouldn’t change him for the world.

I nearly fell into a coma before I got diagnosed with diabetes x

How the hell did Steph and Grantly manage to pass a teaching course, get a job in teaching and manage to stay in teaching for 30 odd years. Two of the worst teachers I have ever seen. They are bully's, bigots and lazy teachers who set such a poor example to the children.

Donte is being hard on chlo . She wants to do a levels and then go to university and she does have time to look after the baby because she has loads of things to do . Looking after the baby and studying for a levels is stressful.

Why does Steph think she is such a gorgeous woman who is irresistible to all these younger men that she chases ie Jack, Claude, Matt(before she knew he was gay). All I see is a woman in her early to mid 50's who is arrogant, cruel and looks down on so many people and is awful at her job.

Trying to sleep with that French man to get money to fund the school. taking in Maxine when she was full of drugs and nicking her things. Helping to get a rapist of the street. Etc. that seems to me, a woman full of love and really misunderstood.
